I was expecting all the moves are moving and using light weights but the weights were used the in 2nd and 3rd sets only, and at every other move! It's ok! Still good workout! Thank you so much Liss! Thanks for this one. Just completed and clocked 3939 steps. I mixed it up and used 0.5KG weights the whole way through and stepped to the static bits and stepped during the cool down as have more workouts planned :-)

I just wished that you had added instructions for correct body posture and lifting of weights plus where to put stress to avoid back pain.. A layman can’t understand the technique right away. No offence intended. I apologise if my suggestion hurts your feelings 🙏🏻😇♥️♥️

Hi! I only do what I post here! Occasionally I'll go to the gym and try to focus on my legs with heavier weights. But that's only in recent years, and gyms have been closed and restricted. (Haven't stepped in a gym for 2 months...) Haven't stepped in one for 5-6 months before that ... I've been doing at home HIIT workouts for 10 years, and now I'm doing what I post on the channel. I do want to go back to the gym to work my legs and glutes, but haven't yet.
