This is an excellent workout for me! Moves are demonstrated. None are silly show off stuff. I can do them. And moves are interspersed with jogging or walking. And the timing is great. I really feel I have done something for myself. Thanks a million.
Woo Hoo... Great workout after Thanksgiving and I stuffed my face lol... This will be my only workout for the day I'm pretty tired... I chose low impact and like that it turned into a turbo walk.... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 496 calories and completed 3,108 steps... I still need to finish my 640z of water off... I am at 48oz now... I consume around a gallon daily... Then I have a fresh presh juice with carrots celery romaine apples ginger and turneric... Soon it will be smoothie time... Have A Fab Friday Everyone... Catch you all mañana...
These workouts are very well organized. I like the demonstration and the mix of weights and light jogging. I found some of the moves a little difficult, but I’m sure I’ll get better. It helps me to have a full length mirror and a selection of weights so that I can move to lighter and heavier as needed. I strongly recommend Burpee girl’s workouts. Thanks so much.
I❤'d it! I have a major sweat going on. Part 4 kicked my butt only because I was getting pooped but I made it through the whole workout and I feel great! Definitely a new subscriber😊
Just finished and of course I still can’t use weights but I felt every muscle working ! Even without dumbbells this was fantastic 👏🤩 Waiting for the day I get the ok to start using weights !

Instead of walking or jogging in place in between sets, maybe add some AB walk moves? That's what I did. I loved this workout.
