- Join me for this 25 minute Full Body Strength Training Workout, and let's put our muscles to work using 2 weights! This is an all standing, weighted, full body workout that will put those muscles to work, helping them grow and become stronger. It's a short session, so if you feel you can do more, make sure you hit the REPLAY button and do it twice!

Plenty lower back involvement and my sciatica has been pretty bad so I couldnt do all the reps but I still completed the exercises. ❤

How many pounds of weight do you use
Hi was hoping someone who knows about loosing good ampunt of weight and doing strength trainign and toning are these youtube workouts good as i was told to follow sets and reps upper lower and fullbody ...i like the fullbody all in one more then split them up .. but is this just as effective as reps and set for each exersise?specaily the no repeats
I believe sets and reps will give you more muscle!
Ok thanks are your videos no repeats or set up like sets and reps ..i have 45 pounds to loose and looking to tone and keep muscle but i have no clue how to set up workouts so i follow along to videos like these . I heard compound moves and doing arms and full body together burns more calories and fat as your working more instead of just arms or legs by them self ?

We lose fat all over our bodies. There's no spot reducing fat. There's an 8 min dumbbell workout for the back if you want to include that in your routine!🤗
