I wanted to do a strength workout this evening, and this was just perfect. I really loved how you had the body sections split up. Thank yoy for another amazing workout ❤❤❤!!!!!
Liked your workout very much . Please create some morning exercises . Would be great To wake up with your morning routine .25-30 minutes full body low impact every day . Thank you for your job
This workout is great, as always. The music is great and doesn't distract you. You're so flexible. One time, I was able to get my knee all the way down behind me, but I fell right down on the floor (yuck). It happened a few months ago. Are those 10 pound weights? See you tomorrow and Sunday. I missed a couple of days. ❤🏠🇨🇦👍🙌👌

The only exercises I like better than these are the cardio and strength ones. Love lifting weights with you Burpee Girl
