I lost 3kg since starting her beginner friendly workouts over 10 days or something. She always gets me through them. Sometimes I do one workout sometimes two. 10min of workout /day is way better than 0min. I also did somewhat improve my eating habits. Thank you Pam, I can't wait for more

And if you want to loose weight and change your eating habits, maybe try to count your calories. The pro is that you know where you eat too much or the wrong food and know where to start for a change

I'm SO proud of myself!! I've done Pamela's workouts for a little more than a week now and (because I'm on break from dance classes) I could do like 2 reverse crunches in the beginning and now I can almost follow Pamela completely! Hang in there, results will come!!
I love these short workouts - I find longer ones quite intimidating to get going and lose motivation really easily, but having shorter sets with four songs helps me keep going and I'm now doing a few a day!

I'm one of those people who try to track my results, but I have four kids....so try is about all I do. However, I have been working out for over 3 months now using all her workouts and this is what I've noticed: Smaller inner thigh fat - not gone but definitely reduced (I can fit better into a pair of caprice I rarely ever wore due to being to tight on the thighs) My arms are definitely more defined in the muscles and again, I can fit better in a few shirts (talking about the arms, not belly) Downfall, I have four kids and want to see a difference in my midsection. Sadly as much as I try I can't seem to get my belly to do anything. However, I am totally stocked about all the other changes I notice. I also gained about 8lbs during the past few months, I believe this is muscle weight.
I do this workout almost everyday. Love that its low impact, no noise and works the whole body so its challenging still. Please do another version of silent workout (medium level) , I cant wait ! :)

Batel Aharonov For being a long time follower of Pamela I can tell you she’s not doing an intense cardio. Take 30sec break after each exercise and try to reduce the breaks as you go. Pamela is very experienced and it takes time to catchup with her but don’t quit , it’s worth every drop of sweat.

Hi Pamela, I'm not sure if you'll ever read this but thank you from the bottom of my heart! This was the first workout video I've done after virtually not moving for a year, sitting at home and all that. 10 mins seemed little until I started doing it and I didn't think it would make a huge difference but I was focusing on just building a habit. That was 2 months ago. I've slowly built up from this now and I'm very much into pilates and still doing your exercises. However, aside from my body looking a lot better (toned), me feeling better (stronger and healthier), I think I'm beginning to understand what it means to care about my own health, aka 'my body is my temple', putting myself first. I didn't before and I have a history of severe depression, so thank you for helping me do that. The difference you make is beyond the physical. I just wanted you to know.
I know, some of you are struggeling right now and that´s totally fine, but I promise you, I´ve started in October last year and got so much fitter in 26 weeks. At first, I couldn´t be friends with HIIT or stuff that made me breathe faster and harder, but now, workouts like this are perfect after a long office day and I can deal with them. Trust me, you will learn how to breath so you don´t get out of breath that fast. Keep going! Pam makes us stronger! And your body will thank you for it, what doesn´t challange you doesn´t make you stronger ;)

I don‘t know if you‘re following Pam on IG or watching her stories, but motivation is only sometimes your friend and when it‘s leaving, you’re best friend always will be discipline! I would have never made it to this state of fitness if I only worked out when the motivation was there. So yeah, long story short, it actually works
I love this workout, it makes me feel good that I am being active instead of doing other things that don't involve a lot of movement or energy to do. I like to do this workout an hour before bed because I don't move around a lot throughout the day. Thank you Pamela for the workouts that you upload for people to do.
✨ ROAD TO GLOW UP DURING QUARANTINE ✨ DAY 1: There is one part that i can't move my whole body so i pause a bit then continue. My whole body was shaking and sweating, but i know that the more you sweat the more calories you've burned. Day 1 success!!!! DAY 2: It's quite easy than yesterday but my legsssssss omg, most of these workout the target point it legs. But it was a success again and my sweat says it all! DAY 3: IT WAS ANOTHER SUCCESS! Gonna do this workout every day for a week and I'll update! Day 1: This was definitely pretty tiring and I had to modify a few exercises but I made it through the whole thing so that's a win! Day 2: Today I took a little break towards the end but I think I did pretty good! Still had to modify a couple but only 2 so thats good. Day 3: Skipped because I wasn't feeling well.
This workout was so delicate. This morning i didn't feel like doing intense cardio workouts, nor did i even feel like working out. Gladly i found this workout and I'm so happy. It's not too intense and at the same time your body is still moving 😭

I used to be highly active and exercised 4-5x/week. Gradually I got less so, with exercising just once or twice/week. Doing short workouts like this daily helps me fit it into my schedule and get back in the mentality. Plus, with eating even cleaner, I'm noticing differences in my body with these small tweaks. I'll continue to add on more. For right now, doing these hardcore short bursts daily is working! Great workout, Pam, and beautiful environment. Thanks!

This has got to be one of my new fave apartment friendly workout. Just recently moved and it can be hard to find routines that still get you sweating and heart rate up but this one did and also loved the music, very motivating. Thank you and keep up the work Pamela!

I've been doing Pamela's workouts for months and this is the very first routine that I can do without complaining how much time I got left. It's a good combination of exercises that keeps me on the move without looking at the clock 😂

With sleeping children and weak creaky floors, this workout was a great silent change up. I really love the silent burpees!

DAY 1: There is one part that i can't move my whole body so i pause a bit then continue. My whole body was shaking and sweating, but i know that the more you sweat the more calories you've burned. Day 1 success!!!!
DAY 2: It's quite easy than yesterday but my legsssssss omg, most of these workout the target point it legs. But it was a success again and my sweat says it all!
DAY 3: IT WAS ANOTHER SUCCESS! I LOOK SO MESSED UP WHILE PAMELA LOOKS ENJOYED. Anyway my legs and arms are still swollen, and as usual my sweat says it all! Goodjob self for completing the workout again! KEEP GOING~
DAY 4: ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL WORKOUT. Today it was easy than the first day, also i see some small improvements in my belly fat. IT WAS FLATTEN ALREADY!!
DAY 5: HI GUYSSSS!!!! OMG This is my first time completing a workout within almost a week. I MUST SAY THAT THIS IS VERY VERY VERY HIGHLY SUGGESTION for those peeps that wants a chill but effective workout. Yesterday i posted my picture on my socmed. Then all my friends loves the result hehe. KEEP GOING GUYS!!
DAY 6: SUCCESS!!! But idk what happened to me my strength is weaker now than yesterday. Anyway it's so satisfying to know that i've been doing the this workout for almost a week! KEEP GOING GUYS!
DAY 7: REST DAY SINCE I DON'T HAVE PLACE TO WORKOUT LOL :<
DAY 8: It's a been a week! Lol another success!
DAY 9: I haven't work out last day because i'm lazy lol

DAY 13: This is my first round of workout next would be the standing abs workout of Chloe Ting. Anyway, IT WAS ANOTHER ACCOMPLISHMENT!
UPDATE: I've been doing this, beginner's ab workout and HIIT workout of Pamela. And i would say this help me to lose weight and ofcourse with proper diet. So keep it up!!!

Day 1: This was definitely pretty tiring and I had to modify a few exercises but I made it through the whole thing so that's a win!
Day 2: Today I took a little break towards the end but I think I did pretty good! Still had to modify a couple but only 2 so thats good.
Day 3: Skipped because I wasn't feeling well.

This workout was so delicate. This morning i didn't feel like doing intense cardio workouts, nor did i even feel like working out. Gladly i found this workout and I'm so happy. It's not too intense and at the same time your body is still moving 😭

I used to be highly active and exercised 4-5x/week. Gradually I got less so, with exercising just once or twice/week. Doing short workouts like this daily helps me fit it into my schedule and get back in the mentality. Plus, with eating even cleaner, I'm noticing differences in my body with these small tweaks. I'll continue to add on more. For right now, doing these hardcore short bursts daily is working! Great workout, Pam, and beautiful environment. Thanks!

This has got to be one of my new fave apartment friendly workout. Just recently moved and it can be hard to find routines that still get you sweating and heart rate up but this one did and also loved the music, very motivating. Thank you and keep up the work Pamela!

I've been doing Pamela's workouts for months and this is the very first routine that I can do without complaining how much time I got left. It's a good combination of exercises that keeps me on the move without looking at the clock 😂

Ich mache diese workouts seit einiger zeit regelmäßig und trotzdem schwitze ich immer so sehr. Deswegen finde ich sie so gut.man gewöhnt sich an alles und es fällt einem etwas leichter als am Anfang aber trotzdem sehr effektiv
