    Yes, that's right. I created a routine that won't make you gasping for air, calling me bad names & question your life haha.
    This routine includes pretty basic movements and always switches between "getting your heart rate up" and static holds as an "active rest".
    I hope you enjoy this one (and the view in Ibiza)!! ♥︎
    ▸ calories burned are between 70-110kcal, depending on your weight, height & fitness level! I'm a short and tiny person & I burned 70kcal :)

    The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need a break - TAKE IT! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling! I also recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.

      I've heard some people say "The Covid 15." They were referring to the 15 pounds on average people have put on during quarantine. This doesn't apply to me because I lost about 25 pounds.

      @Jillian I work out and do intermittent fasting. The whole point of the fast is to let your body get at least 12 hours of not processing any food. So I start out my day eating all the calories for the whole day and drink nothing but water for the rest. Do that and every now and then workout and the pounds will fall off. Best of luck.

      @@SimsInfoVideo I actually started working out and it took me around a month to build the habit and after that I myself want to workout everyday. It makes me feel good & happy. And on the days I skip the workout I don't feel very good. So I think this quote's kinda true. But yes it's different for everyone. I just wrote it to motivate anyone not feeling like working out or looking for motivation :)

    omg I did it, I finally did it. to be honest I've been putting off this workout since I moved from beginner level to the 30 min weekly schedule because I thought I wasn't going to be able to get through it but I finally decided to give it ago. I'm so proud of myself, I pushed myself to keep going especially when there was like 10 seconds on the timer until the next move. Don't doubt yourself what's the worst that happen? you might take a 10 second break? that's ok. build yourself up to it and finish it strong, you can do it!

    I was feeling low for the past few weeks now, I still continue working out but I lost control of what I eat. Then I realized that being present and being up for the challenge of working out everyday means that I don't want to quit and that I still have hope. I tried my old clothes which always were too tight for me but then I was surprised that they fit me amazingly! I just want to say that if you showed up today even if u r not totally feeling it or u feel like giving up, DON'T. As long as you have that will to move or workout or even do a little dance workout that means you want to change and that you believe. Continue being amazing! And always have that fire in you!     anyone lost weight happily without any eating disorder or mentally sick with pamela’s workout?
    i lost 2 kgs in 2 weeks with calorie deficits and pamela’s workout 🥺 i’m so happy but i still need to work more to get to my ideal weight 💪🏼😤 just wanted to thank pamela for keeping me motivated and mentally strong 🙏🏼 i had a few breakdowns last week but i’m over the moon when i saw my results ☺️

    Omg! I did the hardcore hiit for abouy 2 months(its weird that when i did the hardcore hiit it was my first hiit, i was used to abs workout and a little bit of cardio, I barely could've walk after it😅) and today I did this one and the only thing that i could call pretty hard was the mountine climber(even though it was way easier than usual). Thank you Pamela for everything, you literally changed my life style and made me workout because its fun not just to lose some weight or burn calories!I love you, Pam even though in the middle of the hardcore hiit I might say the total oposite unpleasantly.Also, why did the speed squats seem so easy, in the Christmas dance workout they are killing it!

Same i feel like all the other videos are easier than hardcore hiit and hiit cause now i have done that like a few times i die in it now i have done this (it literally feel like a low impact workout hahahahah) in the begining i couldnt breathe in this and now i am to this point of life hahaha

    I am so happy to live in these years when she makes videos.She changed my body and my mind.I have more confidence and that is because of her.
    During quarantine i did her workouts and I do her workouts now too.
    It is amazing when a workout not a have to do thing.For me doing her videos is like a small vacation for my brain and the after workout feels are amazing 🥰🥰

      Carina Weiß Carina Weiß I think the 12 cals are how many calories you would burn while not active and the 78 cals is additional cals you burned bc you were exercising

    First day for me, starting with week 29. Proud of myself cause I had never done an exercise without pausing the video. Anyways, nobody care but good luck for every beginner here. Hope you make it far!

    I don't have any other measures but if you need some inspiration or proof this actually works. It did for me and hope for you too.
