If someone wastes 10 minutes of your time, 8 minutes is your fault. If you don't value your time, neither will others. Stop giving away your time for nothing. Time is the greatest wealth a person could have. Hi guys! It's me again :) You might have seen me before but my desire to inspire more people is what keeps me pushing to reach out more. We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we just graduated college and were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. I started it out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second one currently under construction but launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

*The most valuable asset in your toolbox is time, share it with others to show love and appreciation. Don't try to be a scam artist and copy paste your act with everybody. Lemme sup this up in an eloquent way as it was eloquently said by the great late Jim Rohn:
There are two things to influence. One it’s powerful and second it’s subtle. You wouldn’t let someone push you of your path/course but you might let someone nudge you of your course and not even realize it.
This was said decades ago and its so true, its these small nudges that screw up.

Please upvote this comment, so the question could be answered.
Hey Valuetainment, could Patrick do an episode, backed by his perspective - about biological roles of people? What is he thinking about the wolfs-sheeps concept and does he thinks about it in clear terms, or he sees that as predator and victim concept in which you either will be killed and eaten, or you kill innocent?
Of course I mean that in psychological, metaphorical way.
And most important, are there only wolf's and sheep's and there are only these two places where you can be? I don't feel comfortable in any of them. I'm neither a person who can withstand consequences of being weak, nor someone who wants to hurts those who doesn't threaten me. Is there any spot for a third way of behaving i.e. person who makes sure that there is a balance? Maybe some other concept?
How does it looks like in real world? What kind of occupation or psyche would that be?

Hi pat, I know your time is very valuable so I will try to keep it short.
I'm a 16 year old guy who goes to high school in Sweden. I have watched your videos for a while now. I've started to read daily now ( some books I've read are think and grow rich, art of the deal, art of war, your book "life of an entrepenuer" and some other books in sales. I have trained my self to be more disciplined by waking up 05.00 and working out and setting daily goals that will get me one step closer to my vision each day. I have also practiced to influence my unconscious mind through affirmations and future truth wich has helped me to understand what I want out of life and who I want to become. Things are going great but I have a problem and I need some advise. Like I said, I go to high school ( this is my first year ) and I am quickly starting to reliase how much time I am wasting. All my grades are C-A so I would not say I am bad, but it just fells like I am wasting my time. Especially since I know exactly what I want to do in my life compared to the rest of my class. I have really big ambitions that involves spending my hole life to achieve and I am prepared to invest everything. Lately I have been thinking about how I should begin to create the best circumstance for my self tho reach my vision. I've figured stating in sales and mastering the skill is essential down the road . So I did what seamed to be the best option. I serached for a job in sales wich was fully comission so I could develope fast whlie always being motivated. My idea was to work and learn simontaniosly as I studied in school to satesfie my parents. I finally got a sales job in a cold calling center. But when I came home to tell my father about the great news on how this was the start of something really big he didn't respond in kind. He told me that I need to focus on school and that school is the right way. Don't get me wrong, I love educating my self on history, problems of our moderns society and the work of great men who has built masterpieces and achieved what most people only dream of. But when it comes to school it's a hole other story. Long story short my father won't let me work 4 days a week after school and he thinks salesman are annoying. I have tried to convince him but it seems nearly impossible since he is really stubborn and won't read any of the books I give him or listen to my arguments.
What should I do? Find a mentor? Wait until I am 18 and start in sales then? Focus on reading books and creating good habits? Or trying out some basic buissnies idea's to generate some money while getting experience?
I am sure that I am ready to start selling and slowly becoming an entrepenuer but my father won't let me work more than 2 days a week and only wants me to focus on school
    What should I do?
Thanks for taking your valueble time to read my message and I hope you have a great day

    #NotificationSquad #VaultConfrence
I saw this problem when I was getting started.
I had a lucky connection through a friends mom who I do favors for a lot. (You never know what can come from doing nice things for people!)
Wanted to go into the tech industry with my own startup, with no credit or recognition to my name. I took a (potentially risky) approach.
Opened an LLC and studied business like CRAZY. Worked to get a business plan and strategy in place good enough to get into a startup incubator. Went to their networking events to find connections and relevant work. Ended up using my LLC and the plans I have for it as my credentials to get an ASIC design consultant gig. Now using the success from that gig to promote my business and show investors I do know what I say I do.
Its a cyclical dependency, which made it crazy risky and stressful but, with confidence in my ability and not being afraid to ask questions.. and it worked out well so far :)
This has lead me to getting much more respect from investors and other tech professionals. Learning more and more about what kind of professionals I want to associate with.
