True leaders don't create followers. They create more leaders. Getting the most out of life isn't about how much you keep for yourself but how much you pour into others. I really agree with Patrick! Thanks for this! :D Hi guys! We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started a cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.
I had never realized that upbringing how you were back in high school could tell so much about yourself. Things are so much clearer now! Thanks a lot!!
Everyone is a high performer, but in order to be able to unleash the high performer within you, you have to do something you really love, because then you won‘t be exhausted! Great video Pat!
Mother believes and is invested. Father left and didn't take the risk. A quality I didn't know how valuable until I started to grow and mature! Thank you Patrick🔥🔥
Nah, vulnerability is key to developing trust. Your belief system is flawed. It’s not about “not showing signs of weakness” and that phrase to me says, 1) you’re hiding something 2) you believe yourself to not just have weaknesses. you believe you are weak We all have weaknesses and strengths. ‘Not showing signs of weakness’ is entirely different, a different attitude. It’s a ‘sign’ of being incompetent or insecure in yourself. Consistency, dependability, and moral fidelity are things you do, things that are a product of choices we make daily, things that show signs of strength. You become what you focus on: focus on strength and growing and ‘weakness’ is sortof irrelevant. Syrength comes from within not from without. A person with skinny, pale, weak arms “projecting strength” ain’t lifting 4 plates. In the end he can’t hide his ‘weakness.’ So he can either just present himself at face value (good!) or start lifting 4 times a week (also good!) but you can’t be what you’re not and even if you’re a good liar the skilled lie ain’t gonna have you pressing 225 at 20 reps. So forget about signs of weakness, just develop strengths.
PAT you have had some of the most massive impact in my life , from watching your videos on yT. The 1st video I saw of you was the one the Top 10 or 20 things you learned in the Military. That video change the course of my life , for the better version of myself. Thank you Pat 🤙💯🥇
Dear David, I am a big big follower of your youtube channel I spend almost 2 hours everyday watching your videos. I love the way you put your ideas and value and important learning here for free I am so greatful. I have a request if you can create a playlist for sales and leadership separate it would have help a lot for someone who wants to learn sales and leadership. Wish you lots of Success and progress Narayan
This video is so on point. Language. You attract what you are. Are you insecure? Guess who will you attract? Are you confident? Watch what happens to your social life.
Pat, you did it again. You improved your videos yet again. The colour changing of the points is a great visual aid which makes it easier to follow your explanation. Thx and keep up the great work :) 👍
Thank you... you have always been a great mentor. Anytime I m stuck.. I will drop in here.. and there will always be a great guidance. Thanks for raising our intellect!!
I was watching Berkshire Hathaway’s earnings meeting a couple of days ago and I noticed Warren Buffet was going into detail about his executives backgrounds. The points in this video show why it is so important to understand people’s background. Great video!
Patt. So I really liked this video. I agree with every single one of your criteria except for one point, and that would be the upbringing. My personal experience in life was growing up with a family who completely diagreed with all of my passions. My mother and my father both compared me to my sister, who went on to get a masters and was a great athlete in highschool, getting a scholarship to ohio state and I felt like the loser and the worthless younger brother. Both my parents didn’t believe in me, so I left and joined the navy. After getting kicked out of the navy, and becoming homeless for a while, I came across people who DID believe in me, who saw potential in me, and directed me to resources that ended up allowing me to get rid of me ego and develop a mindset that is very similar to every single trait you have here aside from the upbringing. So maybe I am an exception to this rule, because most people would stay the way that they are. Being homeless and going to rock bottom Shoved me in a position to either deal with my problems and keep the ego, or devote my life to change and service towards others. Patrick I admire all of your videos, and I will be an entrepreneur one day. Thank you so much for your content and I’m looking forward to future videos! Good Day!
Shit, neither parents believed in me but I can name every person in my life that did 🙌🏼 and my attitude has always been “how do we make this happen”, research is life for me… I’m an artist and critique is natural for me, critical thinking and logic drives me, character is definitely something to work on though. Gonna go research developing character now, thank you 🙏🏼
Hy pat, your videos are truly educational and inspiring..To me watching your videos is worth more..Thanks for dedicating yourself to teaching us young entrepreneurs..Be bless
I send Resume but not having option to create a short video on ‘ why is it important to select you on certain position ‘ , may be after some time and I have difficulty with environment to create a good 2 minutes video. Hope later ! Every first priority where valuetaiment video and checking the subject first, when subject interested then only watching full video. Almost all videos are mostly inspired me. Thank You Sir
Love this video! Didn’t even know it till this video but I have all these traits. I’m going to continue sharpening my skills I will lock on to you PBD!
We are judged by our associations. That’s powerful. We are all responders. Only a few take the initiative. Follow the advice of someone who have been there and has made all the Mistakes.
This is so powerful, I see how dedication you give on it and how you did develop a schematic way to understand how people may work into your company, I see you make order on it, I love what you are doing. I invite all those people who say CEOs doesn't earn money for what they do to watch this video and see how much work there's behind it; pointing always to break the limit, this is inspiring me so much, it's amazing how many free wise informations we can get for free nowadays from amazing Entrepreneurs, God bless you!
Pat say we have 100 employees, but 20% of it only B player, should we fire them? Because to have an A player for 100 employees is too hard. Can you make a video about this? About “employees management”
Love this Pat I love the way you approach the interview process about a person’s background i.e parents and how they were treated and whether they have some pain they draw to drive them. Also the responders and initiators. The language people use is also very important and identifying self-starters! #inspirationnation
Thanks for all the tips. I’m only now at 23 becoming aware of my GREATNESS. These videos allow me to tap into what’s already there and when I make it lol to everyone who doubted me!!!
I see what Mario did to the colors. That’s actually good, and I will see if I can to that in the future. It’s an actual good attention grabber. Good job 👌🏻

Being an initiator can change your life. Do you think you can learn how to be an initiator if you used to be an responder?
It’s a decision. It’s not taught.
Valuetainment ok I got you
