6:00 that's EXACTLY WHAT Steve Jobs said. PCs were playing "catch up to what the competition is doing". And apple wasn't interested in catching up. They wanted to SET the trends. They wanted to be the tip of the spear and as a result HAD TO think of new ideas and new ways of doing things/phones/software.

I'm 15, doing a holiday job right now,I stand up at 6 and leave home and I come back at 5:30 right before dinner. I have to travel by train and ride my bike 30 kilometers to my job and I only get 7 $ per hour. I am 100% sure that this time a good investment because they teach me how to work hard and how to write code. I think you have to start doing something, no matter how hard it is.

The most important thing that should be on everyone's mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies.

Do you reads as much as possible about potential investments and asks questions about them? If so, maybe you don't need investment advice. However, if you are busy with work, children, or other responsibilities, or if you feel that you are not knowledgeable enough to invest on your own, seek professional investment advice.

I think the main part is 'constantly' focusing on competitors. If you 'never' glance at your competitors and make sure you are crushing them, they could overtake you because you just don't have a 'bead' on what the competition is doing at all.
Don't 'obsess' about the competition but definitely take a look at them every month or quarter.

Pat. I am so glad to see Point # 13. I have seen many competitors chasing big contracts & leaving the small jobs. Meanwhile we are taking the small jobs, stacking them & BOOM they add up to large revenues. Its an effective strategy, we have grown our business that way. Our team is often stretched lean and thin trying to complete those jobs, so we are ultra efficient. Awesome.

Really loved this video because the ones that resonate with me are the following:

    3. Watching TV and listening to the radio

These are my main four that I am working on since I don't go out. Even as I was in school, my father never allowed me to go out anyway and grateful for his tough love on me.

I am far from having any business of my own, but I have applied this phrase to anything I want to obtain, "Focusing on the opposition will bring you further from accomplishment". Now maybe in some manner it would make sense to know a bit about competitors in any event, but to invest a major fraction of our attention to the opposition will stunt prospective growth.

1:15 to 2:20 is the most important and the hardest to give responsibility to others....what's the best way to over come it, especially since they are easy tasks, but takes so much time.

I finally just started my first legitimate business and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared of failure, but at the same time I know the only thing that can stop me from succeeding is me. I've been striving to fail my whole life, and quite a few times I had lessons to be taught by failure, the greatest teacher. This is the opportunity I have been waiting for my whole life. Nothing can stop me.

Thank you for your videos. Many things I relate to many great points you make from my own trial and errors through the years working for others.
Especially chasing the sales of big contracts versus little ones through the years with other employers.
Listening to my intuition and identifying and creating my small business cleaning company objectives and plan to follow them was the best thing I ever did.
Working for employers is great and can provide whatever employees seek.
But for those who are not fulfilled, being an entrepreneur maybe the only way to go.

Now listening to music actually helps me. It's basically a stress reliever, it relaxes, keeps in the moods I need in..It also blocks everyone out and I focus on what I need focus on !! So I'm soooo confused on why you said why listening to music won't help you ??
