    Penny, you are helping to change my life!!! These aren't just workouts to me they are health, mental strength, happiness, confidence, freedom, stability and the list goes on.
    I know we live in a world now where people are cold and cruel and they love to say hurtful things but please know that you are everything you need to be. Please know that you really are a blessing to me and so many others who may never say a word. I thank you for your sacrifice. I thank you for being available and letting us into your home. I thank you for the work you put in to create amazing quality videos that have helped me to lose nearly 45 lbs so far. I thank you for being vulnerable on your instastories.
    I trust you as a trainer, as my trainer. I have gained muscle, I have gained so much endurance, I love to workout with my hubs as he can't keep up 😜. You helped make me strong. My kids see me workout everyday and it's so normal to them that they have started to be more active. This isn't about flattery but it's a simple thanks. I appreciate all you do in this UA-cam community. Be blessed beyond measure 💛🙂.

    Absolutely loved it! These videos are great to just literally crawl out of bed, earphones in, workout done and ready for the rest of the day. No jumping is great to not wake anyone and no-repeat keeps me going mentally! Great workout, thank you!!!!!!x

    Did this workout this morning, when I didn’t really feel like working out. I saw that it was 30 mins and low impact and kicked my ass into gear to just get it done. I LOVED it!! I worked up a sweat and felt I’d worked every muscle group effectively in such a short time. Thanks Penny! 😊

    The 50 second work/ 10 second rest is KILLER! My body is dead. Thank you!! Hope you’re enjoying the summer. It’s rainy and cold here in Oregon! The garage work outs have moved to the living room or gym now that it’s back open! I love that I can do your work outs anywhere!

    Wow! That just flew by! Great workout. I especially liked alternating between one and two dumbbells. I find I have better control with one dumbbell. Thanks for putting this one together!

    It’s still Monday here, so I was disciplined and pushed through the 45 min no repeat hiit for today and I am so sweaty 😅😅💪🏻💪🏻 (which also were really good 👍).
