    This was very challenging but felt so accomplished when it was over. I also had a love/hate relationship with the 30 seconds on but in the end, I concluded this was a great format! Thank you!

    This is the first time I've ever done a HIIT workout - and I was able to go high impact fir the skipping ( low impact otherwise). The fact you gsve impact options helped even with the plank as can't get down so need knees instead .. thank you for helping expand my workouts ( as normally it's your power walks or dance workouts when online ).

    I loved the skippers and then plank. I can actually do the plank on my forearms without dropping. I would love it if there was a single song workout with skippers and plank so i can get better and stronger.

    Yessssssss Gina, what a blast!! Great music selections and I enjoyed the pacing, especially as I like to challenge myself but don't always want to do high impact for those longer periods of time.

    I managed to mostly do the high impact versions except for the jumping jacks at the start and tried to do most impact version of planks at the end but had to take a breath a couple of times then continue, but did better then I thought I would do when I started.
