TIGHT & TONED ARMS & ABS! 30 Minute Standing Dumbbell Workout ( No Crunches/No Planks)

- TIGHT & TONED ARMS & ABS - This 2 in 1 workout combines upper body strength moves with core exercises in an awesome standing only routine that will tighten and tone arms and abs without you having to get up and down off the floor.
You'll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used 1 set of 5kg + 7kg + 10kg dumbbells but you could use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
There are 2 circuits to work through. Complete each exercise for 2 sets 45 seconds work/ 15 secs rest before moving onto the next.

Omg thank you so much for this! This is one of the FEW workouts I can actually do start to finish. I have so many body issues that I can’t do most workouts. Almost passed out trying to do one that looked like this but it had me going up and down to the mat and lying down and up again I just couldn’t. And not much bending or squatting! 💪🏻 That was a really great way to start the week…I’ve decided to switch things up and not always do a full,body session every time I workout in the week so having these options to switch between upper and lower body is really helpful. I have been using your videos for a year...thanks for "Standing" type workouts... I have developed mild vertigo and getting up from lying down (and vice versa) causes the spins so I have to pause the videos...great job!
