This is a save and repeat! I loved this, great finisher do any weight lift or a great stand alone when short on time! You always create amazing work outs! Thanks Penny!

Loved the workout! Can take it with me on a trip when I don’t have access to weights! Though weights would be a great addition! For me, I would like a similar workout all standing. My almost 60 year old body has a hard time changing planes. I can bend but the up and down on the floor and then standing is not the best for me!
