    *Normally muscle spasm or inflammation cause for pain. Ball rolling method will help reduce pain and restoration of blood supply!*

    Ok when you're pushing back to work your back shoulder area I struggle with my back a bit. It's stirs me up. Anyway an idea I came up with is to use a hall and push against it. If it's to far I'll use a foam roller to push on up against the wall so its trying to take my back out of the equation. So you think this is a good idea?

    Its not ideal to workout with a shoulder injury. But how would anyone recommend I do this inbetween exercising? Only on off days, or after a workout etc. Thanks

    Thanks for the info! Will a tennis ball work for this?

    • @PrecisionWellbeing

      Hi Frank, yes a tennis ball will work but personally I find them way too soft. Give it a try with the tennis ball and let me know how you get on. Best wishes, Ashley

    Thank you very much for this information I can't wait to try it I'm having some really bad pain in my upper right shoulder it's to the point where I'm having trouble even pulling my pants or shorts up on the right hand side I can't move my right hand behind my back and I can't lift my arm up past my chest extreme pain I did have X-ray done the doctor told me I have calcium deposit I guess on the phone and it's digging into my muscle I'm going to be discussing this with my doctor when I see him later this month but this looks very interesting I've got to get this pain to stop I'm taking too much Advil for the pain! Thanks once again donation point it's in a hard spot it's almost at the top of my shoulder I can feel the muscle bulge and it's definitely not normal it's not like that on the other side. what is the consistency of a lacrosse ball? Will a tennis ball work?
    Thanks. Good video

    • @PrecisionWellbeing
      @PrecisionWellbeing  3 роки тому +1

      A Lacrosse ball is not hollow like a tennis ball and so it is a lot harder. They are made of rubber which give them a bit of softness. You can try using the tennis ball first but personally I would find them way too soft! Let me know how you get on and if you get a Lacrosse ball let me know how you find it compared with the tennis ball. Best wishes, Ashley

      @@PrecisionWellbeing thanks very much for the informative reply. I've had a pain in the back of my left shoulder for a few months. I didn't do anything to cause it, just woke up one morning and had pain.
      Like you demonstrated, I cannot get my left arm up my back etc.
      So ill try your exercises and let you know the progress

      Hi Alvin,
      I'm so sorry to hear about your hip. Have you managed to see a doctor about your hip already? Would be good to get some one on one diagnosis from a professional to ensure you aren't making the injury worse. I do have a video on hip pain up that you can check out on ua-cam.com/video/pBK2RZKFYCg/v-deo.html for my insights on the matter. Wishing you a speedy recovery! Best wishes, Ashley.
