Hello! Do you know anything about hiatal hernias? I'm having a hard time in Florida finding a chiropractor that does. Is it a condition that can be self treated?

Can you do a video for carpal tunnel? I'm almost 26 and have been dealing with it since I was 17. Its only gotten worse after having each of my children...really trying to avoid surgery.
I have been using a brace but I can't stand anything on my wrists so its stressful trying to fall asleep...the brace helps some at night but I would love any other help!

I never write reviews but these exercises really helped, that's why I had to write. I've struggled with neck pain for the last 4 days. Left side headache followed with left eye crying plus nausea. I significantly diminished the pain by doing these exercises. I still cannot believe it. I struggle with shoulder knots since many years. For the last few weeks, I have been using this video almost daily to relieve a severe spasm in my left trapezius that also caused my neck to stiffen. This video, plus Voltaren gel and Advil Muscle & Joint formulation in the first couple of weeks, has just about healed the spasm. I should mention that the Voltaren and Advil were recommended by my GP, who also recommended physiotherapy, but I didn't want to do that in the middle of a pandemic. This video took the place of physiotherapy and allowed me to work on the problem at home almost every day. I can even shovel snow without pain! Thank you Dr. Rowe!

Like my mom, I hold all my stress in my shoulders, and sometimes the knot in my left trap can get so painful it can wake me up and turn into a 6-8 hour tension headache through my whole kneck and skull that Advil and Tylenol barely takes the edge off. These exercises dropped the pain from an 8 to a 3, almost immediately. I cannot thank you enough! I've suffered with this for years!
I'll be checking out the rest of your videos, especially the one on the IT band since that's also a long term issue for me since I have tibial torsion and anteverted femurs, not enough to require surgery, but enough to annoy my hips and knees ;)

I have a chronic knot in my left trap, and it has been there for years! It affects my sleep, activities and even my gym visits. It is so painful, that I cannot do a bench press or lat pulldown without it pinching.
Whenever I go to a massage therapist, I ask him/her to spend extra time on my shoulders/traps because of the chronic pain. Even to the point where I ask, to ignore the other parts of my body just to get *some* relief there.
I tried the instructions while watching the video and got some relief after about 2mins.

I have a chronic neurological condition called Chiari malformation type one. For years I have suffered from coat hanger pain because of it. I have spent a lot of my life, time, and money going to physical therapy to find relief for my coat hanger pain. I have had to pause going several times throughout the years simply because I cannot afford it. I am at a season in my life right now where I’m not going to physical therapy because I cannot afford it. I found this video today and only wished I had known about it when you put it out two years ago. I’m going to be sharing this video with fellow Chiari malformation brothers and sisters to help them. Chiari malformation patients are told that we cannot do chiropractor type exercises because our spines are already affected by this condition (any more could be fatal). I was worried about watching your video simply because of the name of your center. But I am so glad that I did, as these exercises do not affect the spine at all. Thank you so much for putting this out there.

I've had a knot by my right shoulder blade for a few days, and it was so bad today I had pain when I was swallowing my food. My right shoulder and surrounding muscles constantly bother me because of how I hold myself. Well, I tried your method with a tennis ball, and those arm movements are what did it for me! Holding my arm up and across my body, I was really able to get to that knot. I then continued on with my mini Shiatsu massager, sitting in a large chair with my feet up on the seat, my arms held up by resting them on my knees, and leaning back on the massager. The knot relaxed, and I actually discovered one down lower that was radiating up to my neck and shoulder! Worked on that the same way, and now my shoulder feels like jello and more relaxed than it's been in like a year or longer.
Sorry for the book, but thank you so much!!!

I work in a bindery warehouse and basically we do exactly what the title is. Print and bind books, mainly for schools and the military, and it involves LOTS of repetitive movements that create horrible knots in that trapezius muscle. I’ve been rubbing this huge knot since I got home from work a few hrs ago and it’s done nothing but make it worse so I googled the best way to get them out and found you. Well let me tell you I don’t think I’ve ever clicked like and subscribe faster because my pain level went from a strong 6 to about a 2 or 3 after just a couple reps! 🥰 I’ve had these things FOR YEARS and not even my chiropractor helped me. Thank you so much! You are amazing so please keep these videos coming! ❤️

Im having scholiosis and it turned my chest ribs to the side, i have a bigger muscle than the other between the shoulder blades n the spine, its really big on one side that the other. Working for it but idk like more techniques for releasing this. That muscle grew by my fault, always trying to straighten it by rotating outsideand pushing back, it just grew. Shit i shouldve done it for both but i never thought it would make it grow. Its like i worked out only one muscle on a side. I also think that im internally rotated with the shoulder and trying always to get them back where they came from, back n down

I had to come back to leave a review because THIS WORKED!! For almost 2 weeks I’d been getting tension headaches that woke me up in the middle of the night and were extremely debilitating. I was alternating Advil and Tylenol throughout the day. Then, when I saw my doctor, I got stronger pain meds and a muscle relaxer until I could see a physical therapist and it STILL didn’t work.
At the end of my rope, I googled how to fix this and saw this video. I tried it yesterday and didn’t notice much difference. My head still hurt, but the massage at least felt good. I went to bed without a pillow and with another dose of Tylenol worried I’d wake up with another painful headache again. I even put extra ice packs in the freezer to prep for my midnight pain. But oh my god…I SLEPT ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT. No tension head aches waking me up! When I woke up this morning, the pressure points felt sore and my neck is still a bit stiff/sore, but the headache is gone! I haven’t taken any pain meds so far and I’ve been awake for 4 hours! I feel normal again!! I’m still keeping my physical therapy appointment just because I’m prone to tense and stiff neck problems, but this has been such a life saver in the meantime! Thank you so so much!
