    This has some very challenging exercises in it! TBH, I need to work my way up to a couple of them. Good music, too!

      Yay! I'm glad you found the exercises challenging. Progress takes time, and it's perfectly fine to work your way up gradually. Keep pushing yourself, and soon you'll conquer those exercises too! I'm also glad you enjoyed the music💪🎵
