13 months postpartum with baby #3 and woah I’m still rebuilding my core strength but I can do 20-30 seconds of plank in strap moves but take breaks to protect the core. I’ll get there just not quite yet 💪 ❤
I loved this, thank you so much! My favorite trx workout was the one that also incorporated the kettlebell and I would love another one of those. I was also thinking a trx workout with a medicine ball would be really fun too! Thanks for all the videos, I've been doing them for years and I love the variety that you always put out!

I loved the longer duration of this one. I'm doing a challenge right now that requires 45 min workouts and it's difficult to find a variety that length. I end up doing 2 separate ones. Was happy to see this.

Outstanding TRX all around complete body workout. I like the way Amy uses timed intervals of strength and power, then combining them by counts. Requires both physical and mental focus, great way to start the day! Amy is an enthusiastic and engaging instructor, as well as really knowledgeable about crafting an effective and useful TRX workout. Definitely check this out! Dear Amy, After 9 months of doing all of your TRX Videos I never Felt I can make 55 mins TRX, today I decided to exercice with this video and I did it💪, the end was a bit hard for me still, since my arms are not that much powerful. thanks a lot for this video. I really love your workouts but can you not speak so much and stop working out so many times throughout the workout. No offense you are truly amazing!!!! But it slows the workout down
shes amazing but she talks to much and stops to often i wind up cooling down by the time she restarts or moves on to the next move
