With so much anxiety in the world these days, I really appreciate life-affirming music. It makes the workout more enjoyable and a retrieve from all the angst put there. How about some flamenco guitar or other upbeat instrumental tunes? I really love your workouts!

Great sequences. Love the quick changes. Beauty is you don’t need “big heavy” home weights for these. Just do more reps for cardio and leaning

I really like these workouts. I'm new to using the trx(i use it at the gym) some movements are a little challenging and feel awkward but I keep at it.
