I’ve been traveling for the past 8 weeks w/o TRX and only intermittent wiFi. This is my first “homecoming” work out. So good to be back on the mat w/ TRX and YOU Amy!! I love how hard you work but keep the spirit light…not so serious. Thank you for inspiring us all and keeping us happy with all these workouts!!
Found this workout today. When gyms closed down two years ago, I purchased all the equipment I used at the gym. I never really go back into the TRX, but today decided I needed to revisit it. this was great! I had to skip the floor work, as my body was just not ready for that, but will keep trying. Thank you!
