    I made it with some modifications. This was a challenging workout. It moves fast, and the breaks were needed😅

    Aha! Your tip for reducing foot slippage was just in time for the leg extensions in this routine 🦵👍😁And I definitely noticed an all-over improvement this time from the sesh 3 months ago
