Hi everyone, thanks for working out with me! This time I’m giving you some great upper body work with a nice deep stretch at the end that you can use for all of your workouts! Stay fit and stay safe, I love you all!
I love how she doesn't rush the stretch unlike most other UA-cam workout vids. And I love doing this video on days I feel muscle fatigue from the previous day. Can't count the number of times I've come back to this workout!
some of the instructors featured on pop sugar can be a bit "much" if you get my drift but Nicole brought a great level headed workout! not intimidating, lots of variety, gets the job DONE! I hope we see more from her :)
Im doing this every day for the past 2 weeks and I see the result I’ve lost 2 inches in my arms and I gained a little muscle 💪🏼 and I eat healthy so if you are doing this keep on going 🔥💪🏼
wooaaahhh these exercises are somple and yet it gives you that burn.... i have a soggy arms like the size of my leg.. hopefully these exercises will help me get into shape... thanks for sharing this workout
Love this workout. When you weigh over 200lbs most workouts seem strenuous and too difficult to keep up with. This one is a great pace anyone can easily keep up with and it's OK to take breaks. The modifications make it even easier if you need it. I tend to add some leg excercises like crunches and lunges. I have been doing this work out for over a month everyday along with not eating sweets and having a calorie deficit of 1000-500 a day. I've gone from 245 to 210 and still falling. my husband says I look noticeably smaller. My clothes are baggy and i fit into stuff i didnt used to 🎉 the stretching has also helped with my neck, back, knee and foot pain. I feel so much better and I'm gonna keep going. So excited to get under 200lbs soon. So glad I found this workout. Thank you Nicole. It's literally changing my life ❤
I’m mostly a cardio girly. Long distance running, weighted jump rope, hiking 6-12 miles. This is the only other workout I’ll do beside part of a 30 minute lower body workout that absolutely kills my runners legs. I love no weight workouts as someone with partial paralysis who can’t hold weights. This freaking works and it’s doable for ANYONE make this your own. After a few times you’ll notice how much easier it is!!
I’ve been looking for an arm workout that wouldn’t take me out in the first 10 minutes, haha. This looks very approachable and I will incorporate it in to my routine! Thank you!!

WOW, this one does not disappoint. Have felt my upper body losing a lot of tone over the past months not able to go to the gym or lift weights and this one really surprised me by how effective it was. I love Nicole's energy and motivation too. Will return to this again and again. Thank you!

This was the very first Popsugar workout I ever did and now I'm addicted! I've lost weight, gained muscle and feel so very good and strong. Nicole is awesome and I love this workout. I do it a few times a month and it has kept my arms in great shape. Thank you PopSugar and Nicole!
This is my most-watched workout video by a mile. I love Nicole as a trainer, she does an amazing job and is just super nice, too (it always helps me work out when I feel like I would get along great with the trainer - just increases motivation so much!). I also love the routine - the stretch in particular! Even when I don't do the entire routine, I always do the stretch at the end of any of my workouts. For me, it's simply the best I've found so far.

R TP you really do feel it in your whole body. Everything works together, but the arms and abs get the majority of the burn! So glad you’re fighting to get to the end even with your lupus, that’s amazing! Keep it up❤️
Day 1: INTENSE but definitely doable! The next day I was SORE! I felt it in my abdomen and definitely in the arms! It feels GOOD. It’s been a long time since I felt this Sore feeling! Rest day Day 2: I’m readyyy!

Just did this for the second time and it’s seriously one of my favorites. My arms and abs are always on fire after. Think I’m gonna have to do this once a week and that stretch routine at the end feels so good.

One of my favourite training, I've hated abs exercises before, but u doing it humanitary😂 and I respect you that you respect the begginers and u show verison for them❤ And love the arms part of video❤
The amount of joy I feel now that I'm not only finally able to do the quad stretch (the one where she makes you lay down on your forearms) but I can now stretch and touch my toes in that position too. Don't give up guys! I was ready to give up on that hamstring stretch.
LOVED it! Normally arm and ab-workouts are just impossible to do, because the exercises are way to hard, but your exercises were totally doable, even for a beginner like me! And the stretches were soooo good. Thank you!
You’re welcome! Yes I made this workout doable for all. If you’re a beginner, do the workouts as is and add modifications. If you want to be more advanced, add weights and there you go! Enjoy❤️

Thank you for these stretches. A lot of these workout I've done don't highlight the importance of a good stretch. here was so much tension in some of the stretches. It made me realize how much I need to be doing this, not just working out.
The first 20 minutes of the workout was great! I love the arm workout. I probably won't add this to my workout playlist though because around 15 minutes of the workout is warmups and stretches. I think stretching is important, but I don't think it needs to take up a third of the workout. I usually like to work out 30 minutes per day. I would label it as a 15-20 minute workout, not a 30 minute one
Hannah Timmins this could be a good 20 min abs and arm workout that you add to my 10 minute booty workout for a full body burn and then add the stretch. That is an intense combo!

I have had terrible back problems for the last few weeks and haven't been able to work out :( but my osteo recommended I strengthen my arms and shoulders to help my back so I thought I'd try this! was expecting to do about 2 mins, been too much pain but oh my!!! up until the floor arms section I was moving without pain!! skipped the floor section and skipped to the stretching but honestly I'm soooo glad I just did this!!! feels great to get back to working out!!
I used small hand weights during the arm sets of this workout and they were intense!! The ab section of this workout is a KILLER. Great way to get a quick but intense burn

Update: Just done it! I enjoyed it so much it's my favourite ab and arm workout so far!! Cant believe how much it burned with the move that was palms together and open and closing the elbows! And especially loved the great stretches at the end! Thank you Nicole so much for an amazing workout, cant wait to do it another day!!! 💜💜💜💜
Nicole is amazing! I want more workouts of hers. The burn is real with this workout. I’ve tried other few but nothing beats this one. The stretches are the best 💕

I really loved Nicole and her energy! However, the ads in the middle were really disruptive to the flow of the workout. More Nicole, less ads in the middle!
Great workout! Weights aren't even needed to feel the burn on this one.Thank you for the stretch portion. Stretches are too often rushed post workouts. That was the best stretch I've ever done... so needed. Thank you!

I have had terrible back problems for the last few weeks and haven't been able to work out :( but my osteo recommended I strengthen my arms and shoulders to help my back so I thought I'd try this! was expecting to do about 2 mins, been too much pain but oh my!!! up until the floor arms section I was moving without pain!! skipped the floor section and skipped to the stretching but honestly I'm soooo glad I just did this!!! feels great to get back to working out!!

I love this! There are many home workouts that focus on legs and butts, and I often miss some arm exercise. This was great!

I used small hand weights during the arm sets of this workout and they were intense!! The ab section of this workout is a KILLER. Great way to get a quick but intense burn
