    Thank you SO much for this Anna. Over the last few years the Popsugar videos really changed my life and I have been keeping my fingers crossed for you guys to release a new solid cardio burnout. This was just what I needed. I'm starting a new job and about to move cross country: surrounded by boxes and bubble wrap and chaos, but I pushed the mess to the side, rolled out my mat, and voila! I am sweating and beaming and paused the video before cool down even started just to express my gratitude. When you were saying "the tired is just you getting stronger!" it hit me that my body is in such a good place because of what Popsugar has given me. Thank you.

      It's annoying because I don't have space to get on the ground/dirty so a standing cardio is good

    Update: This was much more tolerable the second time doing this. Start with the modifications, and then gradually work your way up according to what you can handle. Also, do not be afraid to pause. It's about progress!

      thank you for the tip! i had so much more fun in my workout because i wasn't trying to exhaust myself completely in each exercise by doing the advanced versions, i started with the modifications!

      I completely agree. It’s not that I don’t like the floor stuff, I just have terrible tendinitis in my wrists and it hurts so bad to do push ups!!

      Yeah I agree too because I just got a hand injury that required deep stitching so this is a great way for me to keep my body active and healthy while recovering

    5'2, 135lbs. Going to do this every day for a month. Will update w my results :).
    Back after 2 months! I did this video every other day combined with chloe ting/lily sabri and I lost 14 lbs. No strict dieting

      @@SarahOlvera I try to do it at least once a week (usually on my free day at Chloe Ting), but it’s not always that I can do it. I just try to reconcile Chloe's programs with cardio, don't forget to have a good diet and don't restrict the foods that will give you the body you want.

    Omg. Thank you SO MUCH for this video! I'm almost 19, and after a HORRIBLE year (pcos diagnosis, even worse hairloss, horrible breakup, toxic friends, depression got worse, awful therapist, bad medication, new school etc.) and also hitting the heaviest weight I've been and developing binge ED, I really thought nothing would be possible for me to lose weight at this point especially since I also have fibromyalgia since I was 11 so all the populair exercises where you lay on a mat are impossible for me :( I had already done 25 minutes of squats today, one of the only exercises I can do, but even for that I had to take breaks every few minutes, so when I just started this video I really didn't expect myself to be able to finish it, but I did! Never paused the video, listened to everything you said and learned a lot aswell, and even though my face became a little red and even my legs became a little red, it went well and it's the first time I've managed to exercise for 30 minutes straight

      kurochi chan youngster in today’s time have a harder life than we had, may be people around us weren’t that complicated we always had good friends even if everything else was going wrong in life. Exercise is a good start and if you would continue the journey of fitness you will physically, mentally and emotionally be able to tackle the problems way better.       I am almost 19 too
      I also got diagnosed with pcod this year, my BMI is shooting up, and I have got whole lot of studying for college entrance. Though my friends are supportive and we do these workouts together.

    Would LOVE more 30 minute standing cardio workouts. I've done this video a lot because it's a full 30 minutes, but it doesnt count the stretch as part of the 30 minutes. It's a true 30 minute workout and I would love more of these!

    Locked down for the corona virus in Milan (Italy). It's the fourth week at home and I found this workout to help me keep healthy (mentally and physically). I'm 55 and I do the modification, sometime at a slower pace. It's really working. I'm losing weight! Thank you very much for this video.

      Dammi cinque! Io vivo a San Siro. Fino a qualche giorno fa correvo tutti i giorni da circa dieci anni. Quando hanno detto che stavano pensando di toglierci persino l'attività fisica all'aria aperta ho avuto un attacco di panico. La corsa è una delle mie poche medicine contro la depressione. Stare in casa per tutto il giorno mi lobotomizza, ho sempre il cervello annebbiato. Non riesco proprio a fare cose che richiedono la mente. Quindi sono sempre alla ricerca di video come questo ahahah. Questo è stato divertente.

    More standing workouts like this please!!! An excellent choice for shoulder injuries since no floor work. Very easy to modify the arm movements to be done pain-free and still get seriously sweaty. This is one of my new favorites! Thanks Anna/PopSugar!

    I love how Anna gives good demonstrations of each work out. Since I usually go to the gym i have time to adjust to new exercises so sometimes when I use other good workout videos i get annoyed at how quickly instructors do the demonstration or sometimes don't. Thank you!!!!

    During this pandemic, I've been searching and trying online cardio classes. After 4 verrrrrry disappointing ones (the instructors were out of breath and sweating and I WASN'T), Anna Renderer's workout is perfect! VERY HARD, but great! Great hints and exercises that don't hurt the body, that anyone can do, with multiple levels from easier to harder. PLEASE DON'T LEAVE!!! And THANK YOU!!!

    This video is legit! Day 1, I took many stop breaks, sat down a few times after each exercise and contemplated stopping the video altogether, but I didn't, I pushed through. Just finished day 5 and didn't stop once or sit down or pause the video. I can really feel the improvements and wonder what it'll be like on day 30. I don't look forward to doing it each morning because I know it will challenge me, but I love that and that's what keeps me coming back! Thank you ladies. And Anna, I don't know how you talk all the way through this video 🤯 I'm barely breathing.

    When I first saw this, I honestly thought it was gonna be easy, but man was I wrong. This is a killer workout. I didn't even make it through the whole 30 mins. I just made it to 14. Good job, I'll use this from now on. (PS. I just used the low impact form)

    Thank you Pop Sugar! I have a L5 herniated disk…whenever it acts up, I do this exact workout for a week straight and my pain is gone/I’m back to normal. I can’t find any workout video that compares. I must have watched this video 100 times in the past 2 years. So grateful 🙏🏼🙏🏼

    This is one of my favourite workouts! I like that it’s all standing and does not involve any push-ups etc. I am always exhausted by the end of it. During our COVID stay at home months, Anna has converted me from a runner to a at home workout junkie!

    Okay that was an EXCELLENT workout. This is my first time doing one of her workouts, and I just love how encouraging she it. Also, I felt really guilty going from advanced to modified until she made it clear that it is perfectly okay to do that! That's the first time I think any trainer has ever said that it is normal to need to switch to modified near the end or all the way through. I will definitely come back to this channel because this was great. I hate working out and getting sweaty, but I had a lot of fun doing this one.

    I had foot surgery a few months ago. The Dr told me I need to exercise to help my foot heal but also to not overdo it. I was struggling to find a good balance and then my gym closed on top of that.
    SO I’m loving that I can do these workouts in my room and feel like I’m getting a great workout without hurting my foot (modifications y’all!)

    I burned 310 calories! I have this one saved but I always skip it for the cardio dances, especially after a long day in class. I will definitely be doing this workout more - it is a serious cardio challenge for me and I love that I am building so many different muscles too!

      Came back to say I have done this every week since and I burned 340 calories in just 35 minutes and I normally have trouble reaching 300 calories in a 30 minute cardio workout. This is an incredible cardio challenge and I will keep coming back! I really hope Anna makes more videos like these because I absolutely love them and the intensity!

    Thank you so much I’m been gaining weight in my stomach and it was late at night and I had this crazy pain in my stomach & I did this for about 20 mintues and it took the pain away thank youuu sooo much ❤️❤️❤️

    Workout complete! I appreciated your motivation, Anna! I am 8 months out from a horrible antibiotic reaction that made me b6 toxic. It's been a long road to recovery with all the muscle weakness and nerve problems. It's always good to remember that we are on our own journey to strength--it's a mental journey as well as physical one. Thanks again!

    All these popsugar fitness videos have saved me during quarantine time!! I’m not use to doing so much cardio, I was more into strength training when I went to the gym, but the cardio and HIIT workouts on this channel have really improved my endurance and stamina. Thanks Popsugar and Anna!

    I haven’t worked out in such a long long long time. This workout was my most favourite workout I’ve ever done. I love how positive and enjoyable you awesome women make this. And I love that you have an option of a less intense version of the the workouts if that even makes sense. I felt so inspired and motivated. Thank you so so so much.     I love this workout!! Currently on a rooftop in Vang Vieng, Laos doing it watching the sunrise hot air balloons head over the mountains in front of me!! Have to say it's the prettiest place I've ever worked out!!

    I've been doing these popsugar workouts, roughly 30 mins at an average a day, with some yoga for about a month now. I've already dropped 6 pounds! It feels so good. I do them roughly 3-4 times a week, sometimes 5-6. They are super helpful. I used to hate working out, like I would dread it. And I didn't even diet, for those who want to know. Actually, a lot of birthdays popped up in my house so I was actually eating loads of cake, ice cream and chocolates 😂☺️
    Bottom line: do these workouts, they're the best

    LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout!! I’m 14 years old and I did no modifications the entire time 1st try! I did stop a few times, only because of ads and I didn’t know that the workout was starting… ha I don’t really like running, so this was a fantastic alternative. It even gave me a runner’s high when I finished!

    We need more videos like this! I love this work out as it gets my heart rate up, a lot of the other videos aren't difficult enough but this one is my favourite I've been doing it nearly every day in lock down :)

    This was awesome! I just went through a missed miscarriage and wanted to continue with my workout & diet regimen so that I can lose some more weight before I try to get pregnant again. This was so awesome! I was dizzy towards the end due to all the blood loss, but I paused and sat down for a few seconds. Loved it!

    Did this work out doing the modified exercises and my Fitbit Versa says 291 calorie burn (I'm 5'7" and 190lbs). Great workout for any level of fitness! Thanks Anna

    Thank you Anna! I’m a 39 year old mother of 4 kids. I have my 2 & 3 year old daughters cheering me on in my living room doing this video😂 I used to be a super fit woman in my 20’s and having kids and a sedentary lifestyle really helped me pack on some weight. I can feel all those old muscles💪 burning and ready to get fit again & you ladies and your beautiful smiles and great attitudes got me ready to DO THIS in 2022!!!     Absolutely love this work out, I usually do a lot of running and walking, I wanted to try a cardio workout because we had bad weather and could not go out, this one popes up first i tried it and love it I sweat more than when I walk and run for a long time and the great thing about it is right at home. You are very encouraging and u have surely helped a lazy mommy get fit again. All the way from Barbados love it.

    I did this today albeit the modified version. Last time I opened this one which was around early last week, I closed the video bcz I wasn't able to do it. I wasn't warming up properly but now I am and voila. I need separate warm ups apart from the video ones. Good one.

    I'm in my high school classroom doing this during my free period. I looked for a standing workout (because who wants to get on a gross school floor!!) , and I absolutely love this one! Like you said, you can do it anywhere!!

    I really enjoyed this workout. And let me say thank you so much for your motivation and your positive encouragement without the cockiness. I had a heartattack a year and a half ago at 38 years old and I have only been exercising for the month and a half. This is by far my favorite HIIT Cardio. Keep it up! You are helping people!!     I'll try doing this at home with a space of a little over a square meter. Looks doable and fun!
