I’m 69 years old . Since my twenties, I’ve done aerobics, running, trampoline and biking . The most important workout is weight lifting . What you do in your twenties, thirties, forties and fifties pays off when you are in your Sixties. I lift heavy in the gym and I’m as strong as I was in my twenties. Working out with instructors such as this girl insures doing everything correctly . Hiring a weight trainer teaches correct posture and technique. Workout instructors are the best people to surround yourself with .

Videos are great. I recommend maybe at the beggining of the video, right before beginning the exercises, putting a preview of each exercise that will be done so people can have an idea of what's to come.
thats a great idea its called cue -ing or cueing and since she doesnt do the exercise to the beat per se than a intro to it would be good i will try it soon asap

You are right. Sometimes I get irritated because half way through I realise it is not for me, but at the same time I don't want to quit being that far. Your solution would easily solve my problem.

I've chosen a bunch of workouts to do daily, this is my third... and I hated it! 😭 I hate workouts that use the most awkward, convoluted moves to work muscles. Exercising is hard enough, no need to make it even less appealing. The side ab one in here is actually painful! I did Massy Arias' one yesterday, and worked so much harder with simpler moves. I could focus on pushing without encumbrances. I love that you guys are doing these, and I guess there's something for everyone, but I just had to air my frustration. Having previews at the beginning, like someone suggested, would be good too. I'll keep trying new ones! Thanks & stay safe! 🙏🏻❤️

I'm underweight and have a stomach disorder so it's hard for me to exercise regularly. I've started again and want to do at least 3-4 of these workouts a week.

I firmly believe it was this workout that pushed me over the edge. I had been stuck in my weight loss journey for a while but did the workout every day for 2 weeks and dropped the two pounds I couldn’t before. I have done this for three years now(three months every year, three times a week), I achieve my goal in 2 weeks which is fast, sadly every year I stop after three months for some reason so this year I realized I need to get my self to workout as I lose my strength very fast that I can't carry a small parcel, I started in Feb and stopped in May. now I'm back! I did some pilates for the past 2 weeks but found it not effective. I know the first two days are hell but it will be really GOOD after. Also, it reduces my stress then reduces my styes! my doctor made me rethink it, I hope I can find a workout similar so I don't get bored. :)

Great workout! I'm sweaty and feel like I moved every part of my body. One critique is a 5-15 second break in between exercises would be nice so that you can explain/demonstrate the next move and we can get set up in the right position.

I am 10 Stone 7, 23 years old and did this workout for the first time today. I had a lot of breaks and in total burnt 250 calories. I think if you push yourself really hard and don't have any breaks definitely would hit 300+ cals. Really enjoyable nice workout. I absolutely love Nicole Steen 💗

I think that some pauses to drink water should be involved.
Yes I normally watch workouts on a different channel so I am used to get told that I can make a pause now. I was dying waiting for a pause until I realized that they don't make one

Love this workout. As a matter of fact, I enjoy a lot of popsugar workouts. I always pick a full body workout after 30 minutes on the bike. Thank you for the great video! Looking forward to more!

This a great workout! This lady is SO strong! I’m going to do this workout many more times. But I hate the side sit-ups- they hurt my hip on the floor
