I have been doing this workout from 2-3 weeks, one day on and one day off (sometimes 2 day off) and I lost 2 kg (I know that no one is going to see this comment but it just give me happiness) Update :- yesterday I wore one of my old shirt and it was a bit loose on me. My mom and brother also said that I look slimmer and my face also slimmed down a bit. I am very happy
1st day - 9 minutes and I quit 2nd day - 15 minutes and I quit 7th day - I finished the whole course but with 5 minute break during the half Now on my 2 week, I can finish the whole course. Guys, don't be discourage if you feel tired. Important thing is you keep on trying. You can do it 😊😊😊

I just want to say thank you to Anna and Popsugar! Today in a pool, my 4th grade cousin was in the deep end after jumping in and was struggling, and I was able to quickly swim under and grab her. Then I had to tread water swimming to the side of the pool while keeping her head above the water. In that moment, I realized and was so thankful for how my fitness level has increased, because I was very aware of just how hard my legs and body were working to accomplish that. It was not easy! I work out three times a week with Popsugar videos and I can’t even describe how much of an impact they’ve had on my life. Today they may have even helped me save someone from drowning. Thank you for all you’ve done to help me on my journey toward robust physical fitness and all the ways it’s bled into all the rest of my life. You guys are so valuable!!

This my fave! I went to college with Raneir and took his classes religiously. Was so thrilled to find out we both moved to the same neighborhood in LA--he even trained me for my wedding. I sadly moved away 2 years ago, but am overjoyed I get a little slice of his awesome via UA-cam. I use his 2 workouts at least 2x per week. Would love to see more from him!!!
Viv Wallace yes I was able to keep up except for burpees and so far I have lost 20kg over the span of 3 months just using this video, healthier food choices (personally) and apple cide vinegar with water these choices are the best, or at least the best for me I went from a waist size of 42 to 32

This is so far my favorite training. The moves are simple to follow. The trainers are humorous and they would talk to you when you feel you cannot hang up there, then I did it. This video is effective too. I can see my body change the next day. Really love this one!

For those who may want an estimate of burned calories, I burned 465 calories doing low impact. This can, obviously, differ from person to person. Keep in mind that I’m not counting the burned calories after the workout. Keep going! You can do this! I believe in you. Sweat was running down my face into my eyes and down my shirt... best workout ever.. don't watch him first.. get up and do it with him.. I didn't think I could.. but i did.... hiit exercises are extremely helpful.. it works.. I lost weight from doing it the first day.. this is the second day I've done it.. it's amazing... I've never sweated this much from a workout
I did this work out during Quarantine and let me tell ya .. i lost 40+ lbs during 3 months ! Consistency and a good diet you’ll definitely see a difference !

Will be doing this everyday for a month - Day 1 (it was so hard, manage to do til (20:00)- weight check in 80KG) - Day 2 - felt worse because my stomach was sick the whole day so I decided to do until (20:00) - Day 3 - rest - Day 4 - felt good and did the whole workout! Felt like a champ with modified - Day 5 & 6 - fell ill, was so weak to do any workout so had to take rest!
It's okay if u dont do it everyday, it's actually better to take a day off idk every third day maybe otherwise your lega are not gonna recover hah be smart about it and dw too much :) rather recover so u can perform well

I was sick 3 years ago and I started following these workouts to be more active and lose weight since I was 20 lbs overweight from my illness at the time. I ALWAYS come back to this video because of how fun Ranier is even though I used to need breaks every set. Today, I just did this workout all the way though, and could do it again if I wanted to. I lost the weight that piled on and then some. These videos work over time in you are willing to be patient with yourself and your body.

I LOVE THIS TRAINER!! a lot of tabata workouts can be really repetitive and it bores me quickly (as I need frequent change in the workout move I'm doing so muscle fatigue doesn't discourage me); this workout was super fun and totally approved by a fitness fanatic who gets bored easily haha. @@febrezeairfreshner9222 I recommend taking longer breaks if you're feeling out of breath! As soon as you feel like you have your breath under control again, start back at it, or come back the next day! Even just a bit every day will start to get your lungs stronger. This is coming from an asthmatic person who used to have to use her inhaler every time she played tag as a kid lol

Another challenge, here I come! I did this Yesterday, but my first impression before doing it....really intense workout...all those jumps..can I make it until the end? It wasn't that bad as I thought it'll be. Let me tell you, those were the quickest 30 mins of my life, like when he started stretching..I was like, what, that's it? Half hour has passed? That's always a good thing. Means I had a lot of fun doing it :) I'll be doing this for another 4 times and update. Good luck to anyone doing the workout! ^-^
Hey! I'm still doing this but also in cooperating newest workouts from PopSugar, I thought of updating but really not much to say. Each time made the workout easier. Overall it is a good cardio workout to do. Those swimming moves are gold, I use them at the gym every time, it have helped to ease my back and neck pain/stress. Those are also actually really challenging moves. As for the body progress, I can't say much how does the workout affect me, since I've been eating very healthy and besides this, attending the gym up to 5 days a week.
Yes there is definitely improvement! My abs show more and pushups get easier, I have never been a push up person, but I am getting there, I love this workout, because it is a full body workout and cardio, every time I do it I feel stronger so I have power to work on my posture while doing the exercise, you just have to not stop. I'm not doing this every day or every 5 days, I do it whenever I feel like it, just make sure you don't wait too long, like a month or two, as long as you keep doing the workout, you will get better and see, feel the results!
I could barely finish 11:25 of the video. I haven't worked out in months, and I've lost my fitness. After two rounds of tabata, I began to question myself, but this man here keeps inspiring me. Simple to understand! Beginner should try this if they want to develop fitness before going extreme workout.

I started it today and I will update daily Day 1 : can do only 14 mins. I am almost dead and sweating. Feeling refreshed. Day 2 : Omg I completed whole 30 minutes routine. Covered with sweat, muscles are aching a bit. Feeling refreshed. Day 3: Completed some how. Muscles were sore coz of previous day. Did 25 mins and my own stretching. Day 4: Not well Day 5: Not well Day 6: Did till 22 minutes. Will try to complete full tomorrow. Day 7:
This was so positive. I did miss a set or two and a few moves, but for the first time it was still good. Even being unable to do a few things didn't stop me because the trainer was super fun and motivating.
It feels really wired because usually I can't go through first 10 minutes when it comes to cardio workout videos but I was able to go through this whole video, I think there is something charming about him that made forget about the pain

Today is my first day doing this exercise and let me tell you I feel amazing. This will be my new morning workout routine. Was a killer but I stuck with him, did some of the modifications. I cant wait to do the full workout w/o moodifications.

I alternate tabata/HIIT workouts with some yoga to help stretch out the sore muscles. Maybe it'll help you too!

This is already too extreme ☹️. Should I give up? Do you have any tips on how to get more stamina because I keep running out of breath I don’t really know how to maintain my breath while exercising
@@febrezeairfreshner9222 I recommend taking longer breaks if you're feeling out of breath! As soon as you feel like you have your breath under control again, start back at it, or come back the next day! Even just a bit every day will start to get your lungs stronger. This is coming from an asthmatic person who used to have to use her inhaler every time she played tag as a kid lol

This is an awesome workout! I LOVE IT! The Trainer, Raneir, has amazing energy. I have found more of his stuff because he is just great. The quick bursts of energy are perfect followed by little bits of rest. Thank you for this!!!

I did this Yesterday, but my first impression before doing it....really intense workout...all those jumps..can I make it until the end?
It wasn't that bad as I thought it'll be. Let me tell you, those were the quickest 30 mins of my life, like when he started stretching..I was like, what, that's it? Half hour has passed? That's always a good thing. Means I had a lot of fun doing it :)
I'll be doing this for another 4 times and update.

SECOND TIME around was really tough, leg and butt area is sore from the first time but it still felt like a fast and good workout, no regrets!

Hey! I'm still doing this but also in cooperating newest workouts from PopSugar, I thought of updating but really not much to say. Each time made the workout easier.
Overall it is a good cardio workout to do. Those swimming moves are gold, I use them at the gym every time, it have helped to ease my back and neck pain/stress. Those are also actually really challenging moves. As for the body progress, I can't say much how does the workout affect me, since I've been eating very healthy and besides this, attending the gym up to 5 days a week.
2 weeks later, have you noticed any physical improvement?
Yes there is definitely improvement! My abs show more and pushups get easier, I have never been a push up person, but I am getting there, I love this workout, because it is a full body workout and cardio, every time I do it I feel stronger so I have power to work on my posture while doing the exercise, you just have to not stop. I'm not doing this every day or every 5 days, I do it whenever I feel like it, just make sure you don't wait too long, like a month or two, as long as you keep doing the workout, you will get better and see, feel the results!

I absolutely love the energy of Raneir - so many instructors are so bloody irritating but not this dude! I am a fat middle lass,, and I try my best,, and feel utterly rewarded doing this workout.. .part of my routine 3 days a week before work... such an awesome start to the day!!!

I love how he breaks the workout into sets of 20 sec. I wasn't looking at the time...This is my favorite workout by far :)
I started it today and I will update daily
Day 1 : can do only 14 mins. I am almost dead and sweating. Feeling refreshed.
Day 2 : Omg I completed whole 30 minutes routine. Covered with sweat, muscles are aching a bit. Feeling refreshed.
Day 3: Completed some how. Muscles were sore coz of previous day. Did 25 mins and my own stretching.
Day 4: Not well
Day 5: Not well
Day 6: Did till 22 minutes. Will try to complete full tomorrow.
Day 7:
Don't do it daily. Your body needs to rest. You can do 3 times per week.
I think the only reason I successfully got through this workout, was because of the amazing instructor- he made the time fly by and made it fun!
This was so positive. I did miss a set or two and a few moves, but for the first time it was still good. Even being unable to do a few things didn't stop me because the trainer was super fun and motivating.

It feels really wired because usually I can't go through first 10 minutes when it comes to cardio workout videos but I was able to go through this whole video, I think there is something charming about him that made forget about the pain

Today is my first day doing this exercise and let me tell you I feel amazing. This will be my new morning workout routine. Was a killer but I stuck with him, did some of the modifications. I cant wait to do the full workout w/o moodifications.
