First time doing a 20 minute workout - usually I just tap out at 6 and do numerous 6 minute workouts through the day - but a personal goal is to be able to do one 30 minute workout at day. Wow. I’m drenched in sweat and it’s dripping into my eyes. Did the full thing with 10 pound weights, too. Woo - shower time for sure. Thank you for providing these workouts. This is amazing!
I do this every day! After 2 months the plank pushups weren't a problem anymore and I still get a lot out of it. I upped my weights from 5 lb weights to 10 lb in a month and am about to go up again. This works! I do add in at least 1 more strength training workout after and do both 5 days a week. This one is special, thank you!
This seemed like a deceptively easy workout. The moves were fun and somewhat challenging! I have been doing Popsugar workouts 3-5x per week for the last four months and 2 days later my arms were still sore and I could feel my core when I laughed! I love Anna; she’s so fun and positive!

"Try to get those pahlms to come together." Love Anna. This video was maybe not the most grueling one I've ever done on this channel, but it was still perfectly challenging. It was very much a workout in which you get out of it whatever you put in, especially if you really focus on form.
I enjoy working out along with Anna and her gals! She makes it fun and not feel so torturous! I just started working out with her for about two weeks already and I'm in love!! Thank you, Anna!!
This was my 1st workout since high school (93) almost killed me but I love it. I've gained 7lbs just sitting and eating since the quarantine so I'm sticking with it. Plus a 2 mile walk or 4 mile bike ride daily. I'm exhausted just sharing 😭
Believe me on this one (or peep some research)...too much cardio will wreck all of the muscle building you're trying to do. I was doing the same thing and was not getting results. 30 minutes on your rest days is more than enough and if you need a little more, try HIIT for 10 minutes a couple days a week.

This was a great workout! It was challenging yet not impossible for someone at the beginner to intermediate level . I especially loved the rotator cuff stretch at the end. I’ve never seen that one before. It’s definitely going to be a part of my stretching routine now!

Thanks for the workout! ❤ I like how my leg veins get relieved when I do strength exercises for my upper body, - the blood just flows into the arm muscles and the excess goes away from my legs, the bogy feels awesome after that!

I have done this workout so many times because I love it so much. It’s the perfect level of difficulty that meant I could track my progress, and now I can do it in full with heavier weights. I love the bit when Anna asks Brittany her favourite song to sing during a difficult workout and Brittany says ‘like snow white’ not saying that’s her song, but that’s what it would be like for her to sing during the workout, and then Anna is just ok weirdo 😂 and the other girl says ‘don’t stop til you get enough’ which is an actual song and Anna acts like she’s just saying that like motivation workout talk. It’s so funny, I think about it all the time. “What’s your song, Brittany?” 🤣

this is my favourite workout since the most i amfoccused on losing weight is from my tummy and arms, literally did this workout everymorning for a whole 7 days combined with a little healthy eating and lost 5 lbs.. in 7 days.. amazaing for me.. im doing it again this week definately.!
I Love all of the exercises in this video and I love that you provided modification positions too so I can can switch if needed. The best part of this exercise video was the rotator cuff stretch. I have never done this rotator cuff stretch and it helped a lot as I have weak rotator cuffs. Thanks!
Sharon Reinheimer I used to do a lot of Jillian Michaels videos, and while I loved a lot about them, I did injure my rotator cuff. I think I spent so much time working my shoulders in one area but neglecting the rotator cuff area. I love that Ana focuses on this area on many of her workouts.
