I don’t know why people hate this workout, I have been doing this for 2 weeks and I feel so much better. Yes the push ups and steps are excruciating but you CAN build up your tolerance trust me. I could barely do them for the first week. Amy is actually a very good trainer because she pushes you and is strict about it, without talking too much unnecessary stuff and beating the bush around. She’s to the point and gives the best workout. I love this so much!
I’m sure everyone will agree this is one of the most challenging workouts you’ve come across in a while ! I feel great. Haven’t been humbled like this before. Please bring Amy back for another session.

Oh, no! Why so many hate comments?? This workout is amazing, hard, but amazing! About 3 weeks ago, I have started doing it, and I do it every day when I come back from school. And, yes, I can see a lot of diffrence, especily legs, which were my biggest problem, but abs as well, my tummy get smaller. Plus, my cellulite has gone, and my stretch marks are a lot less texturized and visible! My friends and family can see diffrence and they just keep asking me how the hell did you lost weight??? I love it! P.S. I do the workout every day, once a day!
Yes, this is the only workout that I do. I sometimes take a walk with my dog, for about an hour or so.I also took a rest day every 5 days! Rest is also important for getting toned!!! I try to drink more water, but it kinda stayed a try. And I continued to do the workout and now I have a thigh gap and 4 pack!
I've been using this video on a weekly basis for like 2 years, absolutely love it! The only thing I would point out for any knee-pain sufferers like myself is to not clasp the knee from above in the stretch at 28:23, but instead to pull it in from beneath. It puts less pressure on the joint while still enabling you to get the same level of stretch!
This was such a great low-impact workout; I felt challenged without having to gasp for breath or any of the other things that come with regular cardio, and I was so surprised how quickly the 30 minutes went. Thank you, Popsugar!
hellomynameisclara low impact doesn't mean easy, it's referring to force on joints and the body. Bouncing and running are considered high impact. Swimming is low impact.
I started this workout two weeks ago and already seeing a difference! My legs/thighs are starting to thin out and my stomach is dropping. It's amazing work.. Hard .. But worth it.. My diet has pretty much stayed the same to besides dropping sugary sweets personally.. I can't wait for the next couple of weeks to see even more results! I don't get the hate tbh, don't knock it till you try it :) it's worth it in the end!
I've been incorporating this 3xs a week in my work outs. I do 45 mins cardio in the morning. I dance for a good hour straight during the day. Then at night I do abs legs and arms at home for an hour. 7 days a week for a month now I am 5"2' and started at 160. I don't care about how much I weigh but it's 150 but my stomach and legs look phenomenal y'all!
For around 2 months I've been doing this routine around once or twice a week (in combination with some other exercises, mainly focused on low impact cardio, obliques and thighs) but I definitely see a difference in my thighs, they are a lot leaner and I think it has a lot to do with this workout. im 15 year old and about to be 16 and im going through a very tough stage in my life with mental health isues. so over the christmas break i have choose to change my to be better and more healthy. im doing 4 things everyday to improve my mental health and my body image issues. and doing this everyday is on of the steps i love this workout i have been doing it for about a week now and i love it even tho it is hard it is perfect to me it opens up my helps making me be more flexible and as a ballet dancer the moment replicates many ballet moves and my flexibility has improved alot. (sorry for the huge essay but i just completed this workout and im tiered and felt saying thank you to this account)

This is CRAZY. 10 minutes through and SO painfullll omggg ouuuchh. When i think its done it goes into a higher level of pain. Im taking small breaks but ima try to keep going. This workout is insane. Im sore from yesterday, idk what tomorrow is going to be like after this hahaha WOOOOO great workout!!!!
Well do alot of stretches it will help. Im doing this workout for about a week now. I dont feel sore at all. I feel more flexible lol. You can sure for stretches on internet or anywhere. Even if you do the basic stretches you won't be sore. xx

It's the 2nd time I have done one of this page's workout videos and I am really satisfied with the workout. It doesn't feel like it's a half-hour, because the exercises are quite different from other workout videos.
Did this for a week lost 1 and a half inches off my legs and 1 off my waist and 2 pounds After my first week i was really sore could barely use the toilet but it was worth it cuz i feel stronger!
Fabulous. I had thumb surgery about 10 days ago and can't bare weight yet on my left hand. With the exception of the down dog this was very doable. Thanks sooooo much for this.
i started this workout one week ago (you can even see my first comment if you scroll down a few days back lol) and it is CRAZY GOOD. I saw results even 5 days into it and I feel so refreshed after finishing it every time. Not so sure about the abs, but my legs were definitely much more toned and slimmer than they were, and for the first time in forever I was so happy with how I looked in jeans. It's intense but slow, it never gets easier but I absolutely love it. I usually do some light pilates, this and add on another workout. Thank you so much!!
Starting today current weight:59 kg Day 1: Not kidding, it's quite difficult but I am gonna keep going. Day 2: Today was a bit better than yesterday, but I really shake and can't do with any exercise with the legs up but gotta to keep going! Day 3: Today's workout completed 🥳
This is such an amazing workout! Low impact but still difficult. I'm constantly busy, so 30 minutes is a perfect workout time for me. Plus, I don't feel exhausted afterwards like I do with cardio workouts. This is definitely a workout you have to do every day to see results, but it gets easier and easier every time you do it. I've been increasing my reps every time I do it so I can give myself mini-challenges, which is such a great way to start my day every day! Would love to see more videos with this trainer!
This workout was no joke! I can hardly walk now! One thing about it though, it was over before I even realized it! I'm definitely going to repeat this one!

This was amazing! I love how everyone in the video knew it was going to be tough - made me feel better about not being able to do them - the burn was too much! But really felt that this workout was challenging but rewarding. Will definitely be using her videos more often!!
I've done this workout about 4 times over the past couple of weeks, and it's nice to see already how I don't need to take as many breaks to catch my breath and my muscles aren't getting as tired. Except the arm dancing, my arms always feel like Jell-o by the end.

LOVE this workout. My ankles have been giving me trouble and so this offers a way to tone my muscles without a lot of jumping/other painful movements. Would love another video by this trainer!
I tried this yesterday and I could only do 15 mins (I was doing it advanced) and I read thru the comments and motivated myself to try do this 5-6 times a week by taking it slow and advancing based on my own pace. Today I did some advanced, some beginner (example- grabbing the chair when I needed it) and if I got tired I would wait till whatever reps we're doing is over, pause the vid, and take a ten sec rest. I got through the whole video today, and I feel the burn, but it's a good burn. I really hope I can get fitter with this workout!!
Been doing this once a week (with other workouts on other days) for the last 6 weeks. I'm getting better at the ab stuff (even if I have to take breaks or pause to have time to finish the reps). But more than that all of my pants are now loose from the waist down to the knees. It's a nice problem to have!
Had a really hard time with the single leg isolations. But I tried to do one more each time I had to drop my leg and by the end of that series I was able to do the full one! Will definitely be revisiting this workout!!

Ok so I see a lot of people talking about how this workout worked like SUPER well so I'm gonna try it. I'm gonna do this + a mile run every morning and another 15 minute workout at night before bed with a rest every Sunday. Ig I'll be back in a week to check back in! (I can link the other workout that I'm gonna do too if you guys want.) Also, I am going to have to skip doing this the first week of August bc of a training camp I'm going to, but I'll be back on it as soon as I get home!
This is a GREAT workout!!! It was challenging but instructor provides adjustments if you need a less challenging exercise. So it is good for people at all levels of fitness.
I love this. I'm starting every day by doing this workout and as a nice side-effect it boosts my lymphatic system. The exercises are not complicated and easy to do but they push your muscles to their limits - brilliant. Feeling energized the whole day :)

This was one of the stranger workouts I've done...I definitely felt muscle burn but didn't really sweat. It wasn't for me...too many reps of moves that weren't varied. I need the variety and cardio mixed in to not feel like it's taking forever! However, no hard feelings. I love PopSugar for showing all kinds of workouts.

After my first week i was really sore could barely use the toilet but it was worth it cuz i feel stronger!
Fabulous. I had thumb surgery about 10 days ago and can't bare weight yet on my left hand. With the exception of the down dog this was very doable. Thanks sooooo much for this.

i started this workout one week ago (you can even see my first comment if you scroll down a few days back lol) and it is CRAZY GOOD. I saw results even 5 days into it and I feel so refreshed after finishing it every time. Not so sure about the abs, but my legs were definitely much more toned and slimmer than they were, and for the first time in forever I was so happy with how I looked in jeans. It's intense but slow, it never gets easier but I absolutely love it. I usually do some light pilates, this and add on another workout. Thank you so much!!

Day 1: Not kidding, it's quite difficult but I am gonna keep going.
Day 2: Today was a bit better than yesterday, but I really shake and can't do with any exercise with the legs up but gotta to keep going!

This is such an amazing workout! Low impact but still difficult. I'm constantly busy, so 30 minutes is a perfect workout time for me. Plus, I don't feel exhausted afterwards like I do with cardio workouts. This is definitely a workout you have to do every day to see results, but it gets easier and easier every time you do it. I've been increasing my reps every time I do it so I can give myself mini-challenges, which is such a great way to start my day every day! Would love to see more videos with this trainer!
This workout was no joke! I can hardly walk now! One thing about it though, it was over before I even realized it! I'm definitely going to repeat this one!
Now that my sister is working from home due to Covid-19 we started doing videos remotely every morning when she’d normally be commuting. We found this one and it kicked our butts to the point where it’s included once or twice in every weekly workout. It covers all area’s throughly. Great job!

I looove this routine! I’m Really seeing results after doing it less than 5x. Firmer abs and thinner inner thighs 🤯😍. Best part: the dynamic downward dog is healing my chronic shoulder pain 🐶❤️.

This was amazing! I love how everyone in the video knew it was going to be tough - made me feel better about not being able to do them - the burn was too much! But really felt that this workout was challenging but rewarding. Will definitely be using her videos more often!!
I've done this workout about 4 times over the past couple of weeks, and it's nice to see already how I don't need to take as many breaks to catch my breath and my muscles aren't getting as tired. Except the arm dancing, my arms always feel like Jell-o by the end.

I tried this yesterday and I could only do 15 mins (I was doing it advanced) and I read thru the comments and motivated myself to try do this 5-6 times a week by taking it slow and advancing based on my own pace. Today I did some advanced, some beginner (example- grabbing the chair when I needed it) and if I got tired I would wait till whatever reps we're doing is over, pause the vid, and take a ten sec rest. I got through the whole video today, and I feel the burn, but it's a good burn. I really hope I can get fitter with this workout!!
Been doing this once a week (with other workouts on other days) for the last 6 weeks. I'm getting better at the ab stuff (even if I have to take breaks or pause to have time to finish the reps). But more than that all of my pants are now loose from the waist down to the knees. It's a nice problem to have!
Had a really hard time with the single leg isolations. But I tried to do one more each time I had to drop my leg and by the end of that series I was able to do the full one! Will definitely be revisiting this workout!!
I love this workout, it`s my favourite at the moment! It always surprises me that it goes by so fast, but still I always feel like I had a really proper workout.

Ok so I see a lot of people talking about how this workout worked like SUPER well so I'm gonna try it. I'm gonna do this + a mile run every morning and another 15 minute workout at night before bed with a rest every Sunday. Ig I'll be back in a week to check back in! (I can link the other workout that I'm gonna do too if you guys want.) Also, I am going to have to skip doing this the first week of August bc of a training camp I'm going to, but I'll be back on it as soon as I get home!

This is a GREAT workout!!! It was challenging but instructor provides adjustments if you need a less challenging exercise. So it is good for people at all levels of fitness.

This was one of the stranger workouts I've done...I definitely felt muscle burn but didn't really sweat. It wasn't for me...too many reps of moves that weren't varied. I need the variety and cardio mixed in to not feel like it's taking forever! However, no hard feelings. I love PopSugar for showing all kinds of workouts.

I did this workout for 5 days straight and I still can’t complete it without taking rests in between! Nonetheless, I’m definitely feeling much stronger and I love how this actually feels like a full body workout. So good!!!

Had me gasping for air there!! Amazing, insanely hard at first but after a couple of tries the burn settles in and becomes a joyous experience. Love it.
