Had to have 3 months off yoga but this practice has got me straight back into it. I’d almost forgotten how good it feels to stretch and concentrate, and when I complete a session, to be able to sit still and breeeaaathe 😌 I love how Tim explains what’s happening in a posture and how to breathe through it. And, as a 66 year old, I’m grateful for the modifications! Thanks Tim 🙌

Love your flow and energy. Have done Yoga for decades to center me. I am a 51 yr old chiro and homeschooling mom of 5. Now they have moved on to other schooling or life and i have more time. Yoga builds the fire in me to continue to give to others.Most recently, since 2020, I have been following Adrienne. Then I searched yoga for surfing because of a surf vacation we r planning for our 2nd sons college grad trip. I found you. I completed the 30 day challenge and now want to move on to this one! Hope to some day lead but now I am content to follow and flow.

Hi Tim, I revisited this as I had been doing too many Pilates work outs, oh my goodness, how I have missed my yoga, let this be a lesson to me, I feel wonderful. I find it hard to absorb myself in the relaxation at the end but listening to you talk through relaxing the muscles from head to toe keeps me on track. THANK YOU X

I’m in a couple of days late because of a cold. But it’s a great way to combat our unseasonably cool and rainy weather here in Eastern Washington state. Thanks Tim!
Those wrist stretches at the beging of the class are marvelous. But anyway some poses are challenging for knee joints as well as wrists. Suppose issues in timing or sequence of transitions between poses.
Did day 1 this morning after about two weeks off, need to do it first thing in the morning before work so up at 4am. Look forward to day 2 tomorrow from Pembrokeshire,Wales, UK
Thank you sensei, I've been extremely emotionally drained for the past few months and lost all the mobility in my body(I used to workout regularly). Now I can't even get myself to lift a leg. I won't say this class worked magically for me, but it definitely did something, I can just feel it. I hope I'll get better as I do this challenge with you. Thank you for providing such good content for free.

I'm a day behind. I loved the different and challenging poses, but the countdown release during savasana was the best. I confess I sometimes skip savasana, especially in the morning, but this one reminded me how vital it is. Thank you.

I really enjoyed it but I have wrist problems (inflammatory arthritis) and this session spent much more time on the hands than in your previous challenges. I'm working on modifications so please do keep mentioning them! Thank you.
I've been injured and was not sure I could do this challenge but so far Day 1 was perfect. I'm doing some of the planks on my fists, not palms and it seems to be okay. Keep these coming, Tim. Thanks so much.

Tim, thank you so much. I loved this morning's yoga practice. I 'found' you a couple of months ago and for me, you are the perfect teacher. You explain how the body should be positioned for each pose so I have learned so much. And, the classes are just the right level of challenging but achievable. Those wrist stretches at the beging of the class are marvelous.
But anyway some poses are challenging for knee joints as well as wrists.
Suppose issues in timing or sequence of transitions between poses.

Thank you sensei, I've been extremely emotionally drained for the past few months and lost all the mobility in my body(I used to workout regularly). Now I can't even get myself to lift a leg.
I won't say this class worked magically for me, but it definitely did something, I can just feel it.
I hope I'll get better as I do this challenge with you.

Tim, thank you so much. I loved this morning's yoga practice. I 'found' you a couple of months ago and for me, you are the perfect teacher. You explain how the body should be positioned for each pose so I have learned so much. And, the classes are just the right level of challenging but achievable. I live in South Florida but I'm currently in England visiting family.
