    Easily one of my favorite sessions in three months with you. I’ve been dealing with pulled muscle on my right hamstring, but managed to still go on the mat with you daily, focusing on what I should do, instead of what I can do. And now it feels healed, with some cold compress on the side. Personally, best played at .75 playback, though challenging on the breathing.=) I appreciate you, Tim.

    Hands down, that was one of the best morning flows you've put together, Tim. I've done a bunch of yours morning flows and I find this one suitable both for a day-after heavy workout flow to get my limbs moving again (that's today lol), and general flow to start my routine workday to feel connected and energized. If I had to add anything, it would be some one leg balance pose like a tree or warrior 3, just to have a better focus moment. I also ended up with few more oms, that helps getting rid of mental fog.     I really enjoyed that practice thank you. I do your 10-20 min mobility or morning practices every time before the gym , it’s a great way to start the day.

    Still fine @ 39, even without Ollie beside youse! I've been away from Tim Time, but this was a great way to get back to where I once belonged, Jo Jo. It went great, and I particularly liked the Warrior 2 to reach up! 🔥

    Thank you Tim! "Surrender the gravity" - never thought about it that way. However, if we consider how many things and how often during the day, we pressure ourselves with thoughts and emotions - lying on the yoga mat and thinking, not resisting anything, just letting everything pass through us, being weightless - surrender to gravity. Thank you again for the new insights!

    Finally a yoga class on UA-cam that starts and finishes in the proper way and guides breathing throughout movement. Best channel by far!
    Only minor criticism is that a couple of times, you changed position without telling us while I couldn’t see the screen. I plan on doing this repeatedly for a while though so shouldn’t be a problem when I get used to the moves. So calming, though, loved it thank you 🙏

    I was fighting the habit to go straight to the kitchen and start day with coffee and food
    Today was a rare day when I woke up and had time to myself
    Did yoga and feeling amazing. It actually made me drink water first thing which I am very happy about.

    This was so great! Felt so nice and refreshing, especially coming back to yoga after a while. The only problem with these morning practices is the shavasana feels a little TOO good and suddenly I wish I was back in bed
