Omg, I LOVED it! My glutes and legs/thighs really burned like crazy (especially when you made us do a 2nd round of Lunges + Side Kicks). My abs were super engaged throughout the entire workout and burned at the end. THANK YOU, TANA!

This practice is wonderful! Great exercise for lower body and upper body plus balance! I can do most of the exercises and there’s room to grow! I also LOVE the birds singing in the background instead of music. Thank you!

This was one of the best yoga videos I have found on UA-cam. You cued well. You audio was good. I really liked the moves and smooth flow from each move. That said….I would LOVE a beginners yoga flow similar to this… many of the poses I could not do.. and I’ve done yoga intermittently for awhile… and would love to share this with others who are behind me in yoga as well. The same length, similar format, just some of the harder moves not incorporated.

Really excellent. I am a very experienced practitioner of heated power yoga……bikram, vinyasa……I have done a few of your 30-minute classes and have enjoyed the full body flows very much. Thank you. I will continue to look for more!
Great yoga/Pilates fusion!! Would love a 45 min version of a similar practice cos I need a slightly longer challenge… but I am skipping the shavasna and going on to do some weights for 10mins!! I got all evening to chill on the sofa! 😂❤️👍🙏🏽
Revisited this one again this morning and WOW...figured I would completely nail this one and it still surprises me how much room for growth I have to go. SO GOOD! This workout was so challenging, I wanted to hate it, but tje burn felt good.....next time I wont do this routine the day after arms, chest and back day 😅. Great way to strentgh and tone without weights. Namaste.
