I just wanna say that I have minimum strength in my entire body and I struggled a bit through this session, BUT DESPITE ALL THAT I completed every movement as best as I could, enjoying every minute. I'm sweating in happiness now. Thank you, Tana! This will officially be my go-to workout for when I'm on my period :D I highly recommend it

Omg, this was absolutely AMAZING! It was super challenging for me today because I'm about to get on my period and am in pain & working out is always harder for me right before, but I still pushed through and it was amazing. Gotta repeat this soon when I have more energy. But you are so relaxed, you help me be graceful and gentle with myself and not beat myself up when what my body needs is rest. THANK YOU

This was one of the best yoga videos I have found on UA-cam. You cued well. You audio was good. I really liked the moves and smooth flow from each move. That said….I would LOVE a beginners yoga flow similar to this… many of the poses I could not do.. and I’ve done yoga intermittently for awhile… and would love to share this with others who are behind me in yoga as well. The same length, similar format, just some of the harder moves not incorporated.
Wow! That was challenging! Had to modify in the side planks/leg lift to one knee down. Appreciate your well conceived flows and your sharing your videos!
This workout was so challenging, I wanted to hate it, but tje burn felt good.....next time I wont do this routine the day after arms, chest and back day 😅. Great way to strentgh and tone without weights. Namaste.

Love the video ! It honestly would help, from my perspective if you did maybe a voice over. Just because sometimes you would speak kind of fast and I would get mixed up when knowing when you would switch legs
