What do you want to see on my journey?
I’ll try to document it all!! Let me know!! 😀
I’d love to see the kinds of foods you’d be eating :)
I want to see the data and the decisions you make based on it. How are you setting and subsequently adjusting your caloric goals? Or what qualitative criteria are you using to adjust your plan as you go along?
What you eat in a day to get lean and keep protein up? .....how much protein do you aim for?
one thing that i think isn’t talked about as much in the whole food, lower calorie density vegan community is maintaining muscle. i feel that the focus is usually on healthy vegan food and weight loss. and most of the information on building a significant amount of muscle is outside of the vegan community, and some don’t even pay attention to eating healthy.
i wonder about maintaining a lean physique with strength training to maintain muscle in the vegan, lower calorie density world. is healthy and possible to keep a lower body fat percentage (what’s a healthy percentage) long term and keep it long term? does the science support recomposition, or do you always have to lose or gain muscle and fat at the same time? does building muscle require always bulking phase and does getting very lean and toned require a calorie deficit phase? the vegan community also always says to not worry about protein. but for building muscle on a vegan diet, how has adding more protein helped you? i know everyone is so so different, but in general what isn’t enough protein and what is overkill?
i appreciate all of your content so much! i’ve been listening to you since the beginning of your podcast in 2020. i also appreciate that you always have great life lessons that can apply to more than just weight loss. i love that you always focus on long term progress instead of perfection!
Also the workouts would be so cool to see 😎 and progress on exercises 😊
You look much healthier now. Love the arms and shoulders. You look strong instead of frail.
I'd love to see what you are eating (including portion sizes and snacks), what your workout routine is, and I love it when you explain your reasoning and thoughts regarding the decisions you are making. 😊
Chelsea, I love this video so much. I have also pivoted from the quest to be skinny to a goal of being lean and muscular. I have also been allowing myself more “good freedom”. It’s been so good for me mentally and physically. One note to share: I decided to throw away my scale. I don’t miss it. It was a false indicator of my success with these new goals of mine. And it was a mind fuc$. Now I take measurements, pictures and pay attention to how my clothes fit and how I feel in my body. That change in perspective has been life changing.
Great Video Chelsea!! I am very keen to see your journey to loose fat over the next 3 months. Suggestions for content might include: meal plans, what I eat in a day, how the balance shifts on your plate from before to now, how your weight is tracking on a weekly/fortnightly basis & your usual awesome self would be great 😊
You look amazing. I’d love to see your workout routine, especially exercises that helped you do all those pull-ups!
Please share your food choices along this journey. Since you don’t track macros I’m so curious to see what you’re eating to gain muscle and lose fat while properly fueling for all of it. Thanks 😊
Omg I am so excited! I have only seen you crazy lean and even though you are STILL crazy lean, I am SO excited to actually see what you will do to lower the pounds.
I'd love to see the usual what you eat in a day (I LOVE those videos), how often you eat, and what kinds of SNACKS you will eat and still lose.
You really look FANTASTIC, as you always do! 💥
Chelsea you got some guns goin on, girl!! Honestly I think you look terrific, I can't actually see any weight gain (except for those muscles!). It is so great to have that as a goal - muscle will support our bodies as we age (I'm 66 and working on my 'guns' too ☺). I see so many younger women and women my age now at the gym pumping iron - so refreshing! Anything you want to post I'll watch - your channel is my favorite! 😀💖💪💪💪🏋🏋♂
Loved this video! Such a detailed overview of your process. 13:44 regarding your looks, I believe it does not have impact on your eligibility of being a fitness influencer. Someone can be extremely knowledgeable about sport and fitness but does not have a 'ripped' body. I hope you realise you are a super positive fitness and health influence to us viewers regardless of how lean or not lean you are :).
I loved the last meal prep video, I’ve been living off those recipes the last two weeks while intermittent fasting and have lost 1.5kg
Pics of your food is always helpful. Thanks for the video
Wow! Perfect timing! I've also been on a muscle building journey and am ready to lower my body fat just a bit. Can't wait to see you document this. Your videos are always so helpful 😊
Thanks for another honest, and amazing video! I would love to know more about your routine in the gym to build those awesome arms. Honestly I think you look so much better this way then when you were thinner. You look healthier and happier!
It would help me to understand and change my eating habits if you were to show what you eat in a day. Doesn't have to be a GRWM prepping food, etc. But a description of the meal content. Thanks so much for your inspiration!
Lovely! So happy for you and what a great example to be for anyone else looking to gain strength and improve their body composition on a WFPB diet.
Weight lifting helps women with regards to keeping their bones strong. Anyone on the fence about lifting weights because they think they will bulk up or it’s not necessary would do well to research how weight training increases bone density. Xx
Also an athlete and would like to lose fat without sacrificing muscle. So super super excited to see HOW you do this and how it compares to what I do.
Hi Chelsea, I would like to see your food and workout choices, how you go about reducing your calories, but still maintain muscle.
I would be interested to see what systems you have in place and your meals. I love watching you prep food!! You give me so much inspiration!!! You are amazing Chelsea!
This is so incredibly helpful!!! I love this content. It is so valuable and useful. I’d love to see all of the things you mentioned but don’t want you to do anything too taxing for you
Great video. Congrats on the muscle gain!
Bring it all on! Im excited to seeing your Journey!
Chelsea, your videos never disappoint!!
Hey, this was so insightful and motivating, and so cool that you are meeting your expectations. I wd most like to see what I eat and how to prep it esp like the days your are busy and no desire to prioritise snack etc ,and body composition analysis as much as u are prepared to share. X
I enjoyed this video! Thank you for your transparency!! I'd love to see what a normal couple of days looks like for you in the gym (which exercises are you doing and how many sets/reps)?
Just looked back at your first video on here and can't help but notice how far you've come! ❤
Love to see a video of like a week review on how it went. What went well, what didn’t. Challenges and how you overcame them. New things you’ve tried. For me it’s the mental side that is the biggest struggle, when things aren’t going to plan or not the normal routine. The week of my period has always been the hardest for me, especially with exercise. Love your content, I’ve been eating tofu almost everyday because you inspired me to embrace it in whatever meals I can. So delicious, can’t go without it now 😂
You’re a BEAST!! Great job. You definitely can see the muscle. It looks good on you.
Great video Chelsea! I would love to see your workouts and how you do your cut while keeping your protein high.
You go lady! So excited to watch your progress and learn from it. :D
This is very exciting!!!! Congratulations on all of the muscle mass you have gained!!!! Sharing your weights as you do this next chapter would be awesome. Thanks!!! Love your content!!!
It was a post of yours last month showing your arms that motivated me to be consistent with my workouts AND join LWP to lose 80 lbs. So, in that context, I would love to see the foods you eat to lose weight and maintain muscle. 🌱💚
One thing that is always amazing to me is inherited body composition. We are the same height (5’7) and look so different at 59kg. Another reason the scales are not to be taken emotionally! I’m so excited to follow this journey, Chelsea! 💪🏆
Totally! I am closer to 5’9 though.
5’8 and a half ish!!
Wow! You are and have been a stunning, strong, smart, articulate and passionate women in all your phase. I appreciate you. Thank you so much for all you share. I have learned so much from you. I am inspired to see this new version of yourself and particularly how you get there. I would appreciate additional videos similar to this one maybe every two weeks where you talk to us about what you are doing and your thoughts behind it and then your experience and/or results. You are very good at communicating the varying aspects which comprise the science of diet/exercise dynamic, which works well with my brain and how it makes since of things. I wish you All the best!! And I am certain you are going to make this happen for yourself!!Thanks again gorgeous girl!!! (First time posting although I have been following you since the beginning fyi.)
I'd love to see your food and also what you do in the gym each day (reps, exercises, how long time is spent, etc). I can't wait to see your progress!!!
I remember commenting recently saying your shoulders had really grown!! You can see it for sure. I'm also trying to grow my shoulders 😂😂 so I'm looking for inspo constantly. Great video!
yes, please share your food and workout plan. I want more muscle too but not sure how much protein and how to adjust. way to go! you are amazing
I love your mindset! Please share with us your exercices and some of your high protein meal :)
Yes everything. ❤❤ I'm in getting lean at the moment with going to the gym and learning weight lifting for the first time. So each of these phases are going to be amazing. Also any info on you gym routine more protein videos in a day. I'm fully here for every part of this.
How exciting! You look fabulous!! I’m trying to gain some muscle myself without gaining more fat though lol I need to lose about 20. I’m here for your journey for sure!!! All of it!!! 😁💕
You look awesome and are a great inspiration!
Please share all the things. Love watching you, listening to you etc.
I’d like to know more about your workouts. I’ve been strength training off and on since covid. And, my goal for this year is to get stronger, and also to beat my last year’s time on a 5k trail run. However, I love seeing your tips on quick, high protein meals. I find it difficult to be super consistent with my food because life happens, and I’ll get overly hungry and don’t have a quick meal option at home
I would like to see it all! You are an amazing inspiration! ❤
The weight gain looks so good on you!!! Very fit in appearance. Congrats!
Amazing work! Such an inspiration. I’m currently working my way through all of your podcasts on google and i love your videos too, just can’t afford to join LWP financially just yet. Would love to see more of what you’re in a day, particularly during your muscle maintenance/building whilst also trying to lose body fat. More of your tips on habit building and consistency are always welcome as well 😊 x
I enjoy all of your videos you always keep it real! You always have the hard talks (shout out to your podcast). I would love to see a few full body workout routines, what you eat in a day.. yes even of its the same foods every day, and of course your usually update vids..what's working, what isn't, etc. ❤️
Speaking of the podcast, I want to say. I am a huge fan of you and Ami (broccoli mom) I was so excited to listen to you both at the same time!!!
Thank you for sharing all this. I love your content. I would like to see your work out routine
I’d like to see your weight on the scale and also the muscle and fat percentage, perhaps 2 weeks or a months after you start your new diet phase. And of course the meals and snacks you’ll be having throughout that time. Thank you, appreciate your content.
Great video!! Thank you so much! I would love to see what you eat in a day, the amount of protein you are eating (calculation of Grams per lb maybe?) and finally, I would love to know at the end of this phase if you were able to keep all your muscle mass at that amount of protein 😁
I do look forward to your videos!
I would LOVE to see what you eat and some recipe ideas. Simpler the better ! ❤
This video was super inspiring!
I want to see it all! Been in a rut, will be motivation
@Chelsea, I enjoy your videos and look forward to everyone of them. This one I NEEDED. It hit so close to home. Because of your videos, I found you during COVID, and lost about 20 lbs. slowly my habits have slipped and I’ve been eating more and more processed crap. I’m up 7lbs from my happy zone. My little sister gets married in 34 days… is losing 7lbs 34 days a reasonable do able goal??
I love itt!! please share how much protein, fat, carbs, and veg you'll be eating in your cut. and also the exercise you're doing :D Thank you!!!
Hope you are well, you look super healthy and vibrant! Would love to see some of your workouts, and if you decide to lose weight (which you don’t need to I think you look strong and healthy but do whatever feels right ) what foods now to lose weight yet preserve the muscle,? I find that my biggest challenge. Rock on badass !
Great video! I personally think showing your meals is helpful. ❤❤❤❤
I’d love to know what it’s like going into a fat loss phase when you’ve been at least maintaining for so long. Lots of meal ideas and also what you’re doing in order to keep the muscle.
Omg you look so great !!!! Good job 🎉
Your arms look great! Very strong! I'd love to see your daily meals again.
Posting all meals for a week would be really helpful. I’m trying to adapt to a vegan diet and am struggling with feeling like I’m not getting enough protein. So high protein fat loss vegan meals would be a huge help.
Love the videos..I have a hubby and 2 children and I’m keen to see more family meals and snacks ideas. Myself and the children eat mainly plant based and hubby will eat whatever I make, but how do you go when socialising. Everyone seems to love junk food and we always feel like the off ones out. Any tips and ideas would be great. Thanks in advance
I'd love to see the change in diet to maintain muscle, lose fat and stay satiated.
I'm on a similar journey right now.
Since following you I lost 18kgs in 16 months.
I started at 82kgs April 2022 and got down to 64kg September 2023.
Im currently 67kg.
I've been in the gym this whole time and have built quite a bit of muscle.
Up until December 2023 I hadn't prioritised protein whatsoever.
Since focusing on protein (100g min a day) and progressive overload in the gym I have noticed my shape change a lot.
I've been maintaining 67-69kg for the past 6 months and now I'm ready to ramp it up to the next gear.
I'm now ready to lose some fat, 5-7kgs, which will put me at 60-62kg.
So easy to forget to power of veggies for weight loss....
I've very recently had to re-learn their importance.
Good luck and I will be following along watching your journey 💪
Chelsea, you look great and healthy! Curious to know how tall you are...and how/where you get the body scans done.
Chelsea, I’m a 62 yo female with no weight loss need but I am interested to see what meals with increased protein look like so that I can preserve or gain muscle as I age. I am going to start a gym program to strengthen bones, but strong muscle also plays a role.
Hey Chelsea! Your videos are amazing!!!! Straight up love that you’re a kiwi too ❤. Where did you get your body comp scans done? Did you do DEXA?
Alicia from Palmy 😊
Day in the life videos. I wanna know how you fit in five days of gym, healthy meals, prep, work and kids. 💪🏼💪🏼
Congratulations 🎉 Looking great 💪😉
I love your content. How do you feel about the protein intake? Most of coaches on YT will advise to eat 1g of protein for each 1lb of the body mass a day is that what you also practise? It would be good to see more content of protein sources for you and the macro counting of protein for each meal.
Would love to see your high protein meals!
Have you ever done a video or podcast on body dysmorphia?
I would love to see your weight routine, and I think you look great ❤
Please tell us more about your pull up process! I've been trying for months and months even to get to 1 and still nowhere near....
Make sure you keep your protein high in your calorie deficit to maintain your gains!
Would love to see the weight loss recipes and foods you eat daily.
I want to see it all!!!
How tall are you Chelsea? Thanks for this video!!!
I would love to see your workouts 💪🏽🏋🏻♀️
I’d like to see how you lose fat, but maintain or gain muscle and what you are eating- menu or show food. I’m 57 and feel like I need to protect my muscle from age related muscle loss and losing fat at the same time.
Love this video and I want to see it all I am also in a cut right now this will help
I started exercising to lose weight and be lean like you, instead gained muscle. One of the biggest regrets of my life since I have to see the opposite results of what I wanted every single day. I stopped the exercise that did it two years ago and the muscle is still here. I weigh the same as I always did but my shape is different. I wanted slim hips, to be a dress size smaller, but now I am a dress size bigger than where I started. So if anyone wants a bigger rear end and bigger hips do exercise biking for half an hour and day. It was recommended to me as a way to slim hips and it has done the opposite
Ok I would like to see the foods your eating....I would like to know more about losing fat while exercising at the gym...I go to the gym (360 minutes a week ) I exercise, I feel like I now have muscle and I am Firm etc, scale go up and I I have no understanding of how to make them go down. As I am still in weight lost part of my journey so its very disappointing. I want to stay healthy as I lose weight be since starting exercise scale are disappointing. Tell me more about the food. Bread, tofu are they my friend during losing weight or my enemy. Its very frustrating and I see other doing so well and they aren't even plant based. Its a bit of a mind twister. But I love plant based and I wont leave this life style but would totally love to know how to eat to lose weight at I exercise at the gym. Terri form Australia 💜 🦘 🇦🇺 🌸 🙌
Hi Chelsea, Where do you get a body scan done? You look great....good for you...Your a legend ......Terri from Australia 💜 🦘 🇦🇺 🌸🙌
You look incredible
I would like to see what you're going to eat to lose and what happens to your weight along the way.
I would like to see all of this, whatever you can show. Thanks for this, very helpful!!
You look amazing! You must be pretty tall?
Show the food!!
I'd love to see it all;)
Beautiful.. How tall are you? Cause i am around 140 and when i was at 130 i didnt even look like that!

What I eat in a day videos for weight loss!

Muscle Mommy Era
Food, cut tricks :) cardio ❤
Meals please
Foods you eat daily!
i would like to see you maintain muscle but lose weight and maintain that, because that is where l am at l want to maintain
and would like to see your weight numbers as you go down and what weight do you want to maintain , thanks for the good video
I’m gonna be greedy. I want to see EVERYTHING you mentioned. PLEASE!!!!
I would like to see you progress and show your measurements. I wouldn’t diet down. I would maintain and work it out and become the weight you gained. You are bigger and stronger and maybe show us how much protein you eat daily. But no sugar or very low amounts. Lastly, gaining muscle is addictive and requires constant workouts and exercise. Be sure you want this. You go Rambo.
If it ain’t low fat, high carb you ain’t doing it right, Carbs FTW! 💪💪
WIEIAD please :D
