Yes please! foods you’re eating. And like you mentioned you love desserts so showing what kinds you’re having to stay in a calorie deficit. I know you’ve shown this stuff before but showing everything again is relevant because it’s current to us viewers.

I would like to know how much of a calorie deficit you are going to be in, and what percentage of fat you are aiming for. Also, I am looking forward to seeing how you can stay full while upping protein and at the same time reducing calories, because this part has been hard for me!
A full week of eating video would be great! WIEIAD videos are ok, but I'm always suspicious they show a good day and not the full picture. Showing the meal prep as well as the meals in one video would be great too, to basically provide a roadmap and show how it can be possible and consistent!

I definitely like dessert, so please share those recipes and I really like your meal prep and hearing about how you take food with you everywhere. I definitely have a restaurant issue and am trying to eat before going or I found one place with a veggie platter I can order, eat the whole thing and drop weight the next day 🎉 I can’t really bring my own food to restaurants here but I need to be better about at least bringing my own dressing. So if you do end up going to restaurants, any suggestions you have for that would be welcome. Keep up the great work, I’ll definitely be cheering you on !!!

Your measurements are exactly my measurements it's eerie. I'm cutting now too but not going for that crazy muscular look so my protein intake and training won't be as high.

Great video. Building new habits is key, yet always has been my biggest challenge. I am not a "desert girl", you can put chocolate right in front of me and I won't touch it... but get me in the vicinity of chips or any other salty snacks and we're in trouble! I'd love to get more ideas for low calorie salty snacks. LOOOOVE your videos, thank you so much for sharing!

Good luck! I’m currently in a cutting phase while trying to increase strength in my legs. I’m a 5’10” male at 153 lbs and trying to get into the upper 130 lbs by the fall for racing season.
I want to see everything !! I have been hitting the protein balls lately at night, I’ve gotten the taste of coconut yoghurt at night too. I need to break that habit stat.

The what you eat in a day videos would be very helpful. I’ve just started working out in a gym, I’m a senior, and I recently got an osteoporosis diagnosis. For all those reasons I want to add higher amounts of protein to my WFPB diet, and I’m struggling to get more in.

I have always thought I could eat fruit after dinner and I just don't want to!!! ❤I think now I will find something that is healthier choice than a cookie 🍪 but not fruit ! Tea and toast with jam maybe..... or no fat cookie
Thank you for your videos! I'm a super dessert sweet person. I make sweet potato cookies. Just 6 ingredients: Baked sweet potato 50g oats ground to flour 50 g and 2 scoop (24 g)gpeanut powder with a sprinkle of baking powder and baking soda and salt, mixed together baked 375 for 10 min. Can add Stevia or sugar free maple syrup for extra sweet. Healthy and satisfying. I usually add the SF maple syrup over the top when eating for extra deliciousness!
What I would like to see from you is dressings and sauces. Veggies and salads are hard to eat without them. I see you have a sauce on your pumpkin/squash dish you made. Let me share one. Squeeze some yellow mustard into a small amount of V8 juice and it makes a great salad dressing. No fat with plenty of taste and they have salt free V8.

If you count anything, I agree that counting protein is important. I prefer to be 1g per lb of bw that I want to be at for my target. 100grams seems a bit low.

Because I am starting to go to gym and I am worried in doing so that my fat will turn to muscle while I am still bigger. I do want to lose weight and use the gym to help me do so. Definitely closely following your current goal. I am essentially in the exact same phase. I recently got lax and gained six lbs over my lean goal.

I am absolutely with you, Chelsie! I am on a fat loss journey. I am about 10 or a few more pounds heavier than I used to be and I’m eager to get it off. Here we go! And yes, desserts are definitely my thing.
l am maintaining weight and l want to keep muscle . l have been going ok, l don`t want to eat more . we should be able to maintain eating a normal amount of food, but l would like to see how you go about it, with food choices and weights. and l have my own dumbbells, l do pull ups in my shed, push ups skip rope and a lot of body weight exercises, l don`t go to a gym

I like seeing the food you’re eating the best. I think you look fabulous now. Better than your super skinny look. I’m not a fan of the big muscles, on men or women, looks creepy to me. So I’m not a good judge of the muscle thing. I watch for your amazing food ideas and your personality
You get 80 to 100 grams of protein. How many grams of fat and carbs? How did you determine your daily calorie requirement?
This might be a stupid question, but can you workout to build muscle and lose fat, without gaining weight? It never crossed my mind I would have to gain weight to build muscle, "bulking" if you will, but I'm not a body builder by any means.
Yep you can but the consensus I've seen is it takes longer and you probably won't get as big. When eating an excess of calories it's easier to build muscle, but plenty of people don't like bulk/cut process and try to stay the same body fat while gaining.
Dietary fat causes insulin resistance, body fat burns in the flame of carbohydrates, less then 10g of fat per day, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪

I am 55 kilos and look gigantic compared to your weight gain photo/ vidoe. I don’t understand why I don’t look lean, 8.5 stone/ 119 pounds/ 55 kilos sounds tiny to me. I’m 5’7 and my hips are the biggest they’ve been at 38 inches. You look like a size zero in both videos
How to do this successfully on a 1200 calorie deficit? It is challenging to get enough vegan protein and have the meal low calorie and satisfying
You can’t. 1200 is far too low for anyone.
@@ChelseaMae I am only 5’1 “ and I gain weight no matter how I change my macro composition if I consume more than 1400 calories. I am also 74 years old and have been trying many different things because I love to eat. I do exercise on a daily basis. The only way I can be on a moderate calorie deficit is to consume no more than 1200 calories.
How much weight do you have to lose?
It’s hard to be able to help without knowing enough about your situation. Would you be opposed to hoping on a free consult to see if we can get that number a bit higher for you while still seeing the scales trend down?
I think you started really well but don't you think your getting a bit obsessive over how you look? You look great, enjoy you life, it's more than food!

Daily eating
Chelsea there are many videos on youtube that you could watch under Vegan Bodybuilding or Plant Based Bodybuilding. I would not want you to go that way. Bodybuilding is an addiction. It becomes protein and workouts. I think you look great but you have to be happy within yourself. For me I like that you have a body that is lean and supple and energetic. I think you achieved your goal but once you start on the bodybuilding with looking in the mirrors and flexing arm and legs and posing it will consume you and take away your peace. Good on you either path, but consider what I say.
Eating salads is not going to retain muscle 😂 building lean muscle can take years for a female and with the correct weight training. It’s not all about the food.
Would also love to see a DEXA scan or inbody scan of your results before and after so there is some validation behind your “results”.
