To be honest, I'm not sporty person and this year i've decided to become such person, so i started to do usual home workout, then i discovered that i actually had a problem with my knee, it was quite for a long but because i wasn't like really into sports i've never notice it, so i started to feel anxious that i cannnot become working out and changing my body for the better, yeah i have some overweight, and by accident i opened youtube 8 days ago and saw your video, i did it and decided to join this program, because it suits me well and i don't need to jump a lot, run and so on, it is very calming, relaxing and so enjoyable. I did it for 8 days but i can say that my modd becomes better, my body start to change step by step and my knee is not hurting anymore. Thank you, Hannah! Wish you to become even more successful, i truly enjoy it and so happy that i discover your pilates account!
