I started this 90 day challenge about one year ago. Then l got absolutely smashed with long covid. Today lm starting again, l still have a lot of healing to go but l did the challenge through tears and frustration that my body has become so weak. Done yeay! Added resistance band so i could isolate my glute easier, even though the workout became twice harder 😂 Nearly cried at the end of the workout. Glute exercise is my least favorite, but the soreness means we're getting stronger too! Thank you so much Hannah ❤️

Completed this workout an hour ago and I am almost sure that we have never done the SIDE leg circles, amazing movement dear Hannah, while the leg circles when we lay on our back (and not on the side) we have previously done, and I love it, cause the legs get a great workout, would love to keep seeing leg circles, thank you lovely Hannah♥️
Moving Mango I felt very good in the morrning. You are the first person who could motivated me to move. And I move everyday with your help. I can walk a long way without problems, I can do more things in a day, my body is changing everyday and this is because of your help. Thank you, Hannah! 🤗🤗🤗

Please make sure you consult with your doctor and with any workout that you do in general, listen to your body and stop when your body feels uncomfortable or when you feel difficult to breath.
