    I started this 90 day challenge about one year ago. Then l got absolutely smashed with long covid. Today lm starting again, l still have a lot of healing to go but l did the challenge through tears and frustration that my body has become so weak. I did it though and I feel like l have so much more oxygen in my body. I'm going to do this challenge and keep healing to full recovery.

      You are the first person who could motivated me to move. And I move everyday with your help.
      I can walk a long way without problems, I can do more things in a day, my body is changing everyday and this is because of your help.

      Completed this workout an hour ago and I am almost sure that we have never done the SIDE leg circles, amazing movement dear Hannah, while the leg circles when we lay on our back (and not on the side) we have previously done, and I love it, cause the legs get a great workout, would love to keep seeing leg circles, thank you lovely Hannah♥️

    Thank you Hannah for this amazing workout!! It feels doable but kills the next day! It is a killer :D Way to go your steps and calm tone just keep things going!! I have a question, can you tell us for example this workout burns how many calories like approximately?

    Done yeay! Added resistance band so i could isolate my glute easier, even though the workout became twice harder 😂 Nearly cried at the end of the workout. Glute exercise is my least favorite, but the soreness means we're getting stronger too! Thank you so much Hannah ❤️

    Hi . Can i do all your pilates on first trimester of the pregnancy ? I'm newbie

      Hi Nha, Congratulations on your pregnancy 💛! There are some movements that are not suitable so I would suggest not doing it unless the title says “workout for pregnancy”. Please make sure you consult with your doctor and with any workout that you do in general, listen to your body and stop when your body feels uncomfortable or when you feel difficult to breath.     Love your workout. Would like to check with you that each workout is only 30 minutes, shall I do twice to make it up for 1 hour in order to make it more effective?
