Crushed to the core.! ✨ What a stunning workout, my core was shaking at so many places. However, my back arches all the time when I have to keep my legs straight for the leg circles.🙄 Then I have to keep one leg bent to support the lower back. How can I improve on this.?🤔 Any suggestions.?
hi Devika, please just keep the knees bent and focus on doing some more abs exercises, should help if with a bit more consistent practice! Great work and keep going strong girl!
