    I have been doing pilates with you every day and am more relaxed each time. I didn't drop my arms once even though they were really burning! I trusted that if you thought we could do the work-out, then we could (that was a big step for me)! In the end, I was proud of myself! Thanks for the work-out and I like the background!

    I always wear ankle weights with your workouts and this was very challenging. I was shaking through parts of it but I absolutely loved it! 💖

    That was amazing, I woke up tired and now I feel so much better and stronger. I love this fall challenge. It has more reps I think and it's just so good and challenging! 🥰 Can't wait for tomorrow again

    Crushed to the core.! ✨
    What a stunning workout, my core was shaking at so many places.
    However, my back arches all the time when I have to keep my legs straight for the leg circles.🙄 Then I have to keep one leg bent to support the lower back.
    How can I improve on this.?🤔
    Any suggestions.?

      hi Devika, please just keep the knees bent and focus on doing some more abs exercises, should help if with a bit more consistent practice! Great work and keep going strong girl!
