Used to love your workout but having to pause in the middle of a position to skip the commercials is such a pain . No workout videos should have intermittent commercials atleast or in the middle of a rep ..after a full set is still manageable .Disappointed seeing your response below that you can’t do anything about it .

Hello V V, I completely understand.. I have contacted UA-cam to see if they can de activate the commercials for during the workouts but the ones prior will probably still be there.
