Hi! What does the resistance band over thigh do? Good idea for beginner ? Thanks
@@Luvischeesy Hi there! Adds more resistance to the glutes and focuses on hip strength by maintaining tension on the band. Great for beginners to build strong foundation, maybe go lighter on the springs though so you can maintain good form 🙂
Thank you… This blew my mind!!! I did Pilates at the studio for over two years, and never once did anybody make this recommendation.
You are gifted… Keep it up
!! May you stay healthy and strong
Does anyone else hate it when she says we have 7 more to go each time after already feeling super sore in the muscle 😜 this one nearly killed my booty. It's in necrosis. Lol thanks for another great workout. I'm amazed how you come up with so much variety and creativity in your routines. Much appreciated 🙏
Hahaha! I start counting after around 6 reps, and it’s common for Pilates instructors to forget how to count 😆 sometimes even after I’m done I’m thinking “woah that was mean” ! The spice is real 🔥 but hey, we do it together & something tells me you crush it every time! Thank you Naaz, always happy to hear you enjoyed it.. especially the booty magic ! 😄
Just found your channel - love the addition of the resistance band. Great workout.
Welcome to my channel Mary!! So happy you enjoyed the workout and I truly appreciate the support 😊

Love this 🎉
So happy you enjoyed it ! Thank you for watching 😊
Thank you for this! Can you tell me why when I do bridging I immediately get horrible hamstring cramps? I'm squeezing my glutes tight but my hammies cramp so bad I have to come down. I can do bridges on the floor and I don't get them.
Hey Vicki! This is common.. one of the reasons why this happens is because your hamstrings are relatively strong in comparison to your glutes. When you shorten a muscle (as in keeping the knees bent in bridging which shortens the hamstrings) the muscle fibers can’t contract as hard. If your hamstring are the dominant hip extensor they will take on the brunt of the “load” where as the glutes should be. Focus on more glute strengthening and making that mind-body connection when working them. Great call on lowering the feet. Keep the feet lower either on platform or lower the foot bar keeping the load in the glute and less in the hamstrings! Hope this helps 💜
I noticed when I do bridging and don’t have a lot of weight on the reformer the reformer will move a little bit and then I’ll use my hamstrings more to keep the reformer in place and And get cramping. But if I use a lot of weight and reformer won’t move then I’m ok. 😊
I’m sure you’re out doing your thing but damn boo I miss you😅
Coming back boo!! Stay tuned.. dusting off the UA-cam cobwebs 😂🥲😆🤍
