These look amazing!! I just had my first bowl yesterday from a restaurant . This may sound silly but are they meant to be eaten cold, warm, hot? Mine was warm (it was delivered) I’d like to meal prep these for lunch, what do you suggest?
Hi Erica! Not silly at all. Hot or cold will do. The best thing to do would be to prepare ahead of time the elements you’d like to throw together during the week along with a few sauces or dips you enjoy so that you can get creative and mix and match all you’ve prepared. If you have a way to warm it up, great and if not you can totally eat it cold. The main thing is (for me anyhow) to have elements that you will actually enjoy eating thought out the week🥰

@@veganmichele have you ever stopped and realised the exploitation and distortion of Eastern cultures by westerners (mainly white) is actually offensive. Imagine the shit storm if people in the east start naming food called Jesus bowls?
My biggest problem with making buddah bowls is color. I eat alot of green veggies and never have any colorful veggies to add. So my bowls don't look as pretty.😕
