"i was born into an unvaccinated body" what a coincidence, so was literally everyone else on earth
"I transitioned into a vaccinated person" Yeah, that usually happens when you get the vaccine.
Right? Some people are idiots.
Was just about to comment this glad someone pointed out the idiocy
HELPPPPP KGDJGFSHJHFS
We were all born into unvaccinated bodies so that means we are all transvaccinated.
You know what a lot of trans people do? Transition. Medically. “Transitioning” into a vaccinated person implies… getting vaccinated. So the joke doesn’t even work.
Also the government will pay for your transition in many countries.
I thought this exact same thing watching this!!! Like, dude, go through the medical part of the transition and invalidate your own dumb joke “stance” and STFU!!!
I think they're trying to wrack on non-op trans people who only socially transition, but the thing is that doesn't even work
Because theres no social component to being vaccinated, and "identifying" as vaccinated without actually being is just saying "I am okay with putting other people's health in jeopardy"
@@kaylaa2204 I'd say wearing a mask and staying home b/c you acknowledge that the pandemic is serious is the social component. But I bet these people don't do that either.
@@alexshemwell8320 well if they "identify as vaccinated" they're probably behaving as though they are, the implication being they aren't wearing masks, and aren't staying home
Pro-tip, when ppl do "my pronouns are x/y" jokes, use thoses un-ironically and they'll just stop
One time someone in my class (who is male) said they didn’t believe in pronouns so my friends and I just used she/her pronouns and he got so upset
@@maggiekate1603 lmao nice
@@maggiekate1603 Honestly this is what people should do who refuse to use the pronouns people want to go by. If they feel what trans people feel on a daily basis from those who refuse than they will definitely know it's not fun.
@@PrincessofKeys My brother when my sister made jokes about the waiter calling him a girl: HEY!!! THAT'S SO RUDE
Also my brother to me: So anyways, i started misgendering
The "I identify as vaccinated" thing is so easy to respond to, too. I mean. "oh? Good thing that you can transition so easily then :) I mean, it's only a few shots, instead of a lifetime's worth, and you don't need any kind of surgery. Plus it's all subsidized! Man, I wish my transition was so easy."
This "I identify as" joke has gone too far now.

Can we just appreciate the bravery of these people for a second? The amount of oppression they face on a daily basis being this unfunny is outstanding.
10:56 as if a trans person would actually come out by saying "I'm officially a trans woman. I'm not actually a woman, but I identify as one". Clearly none of these people have ever spoken to a real trans person.
"I am coming out as transgender, I'm not a woman but I choose to identify as someone who is a woman" do they think this is how people come out?
RIGHT? They can't even stick to their own "joke"
And the funny part is they do feel marginalised, but will deny that transpeople are discriminated against
that is not how we come out lmao... it would be really weird...
As a Jewish, trans, vaccinated man, i think their comparison of nowadays to the holocaust is so incredibly offensive. How could they film this and be like 'aight'
The amount of people who genuinely think that them being unvaccinated is in any way comparable with what happened during holocaust is shocking and shows their lack of education and empathy.
literally like they act like being vaccinated is the same as the holocaust or racism and what not
@@VS-bm3ep it's disgusting and even if used as a "joke" it's offensive af
Ikr, where are the concentration camps for the unvaccinated? Where are the hate crimes against them? Where is the harassment and police brutality? The years and money wasted on waiting for some random to agree to legally acknowledge their gender. There's literally nothing.
They're over privileged, not recognising that there are still people in the world desperately waiting to get vaccinated, all they care about is a legal loophole to have holidays and stuff. I can't even with these people.
As a Jewish, vaccinated nb person literally can these people not drag Jewish trauma into every fucking point they try to make??
As a trans person, i genuinely laughed at the "I've decided to come out of the medicine cabinet" comment because it's so stupid. I hope it was a joke and that they weren't actually serious
Woa when he told me to pick a color I instantly though of blue. He really read my mind
have they tried identifying as funny
this made me laugh too hard
they should try doing that

It wasn't nice but my brother, friend and neighbor had covid and all of them still have problems. All of them are young and were healthy.
I’ve had a customer come into my work a few times, every time he doesn’t wear a mask, once he had a transvaxxed shirt, and twice he had a “I’m a straight, white, republican male, how else can I offend you today?” shirt. people really walk out of the house hoping someone comments on their shirt so they can use their amazing zingers they found on facebook. kinda sad.
As a closeted trans person, it really pisses me off and makes me sad when my family makes these "jokes". Makes me never want to come out to them.

It's very much how transphobes perceive trans people.

If they actually talked like trans people when parodying them it would be obvious that trans people have a point, why would they want that? It wouldn’t be mockery if they just repeated factual things trans people say, it would basically be supporting trans rights lol

If they're going to compare vaccinated/ unvaccinated segregation to racial segregation, maybe they should attack gender segregation in bathrooms and prisons, smoking/ non-smoking sections, special ed, nudist and textile areas, separation of sex work areas from typical places, separation of people with communicable diseases within hospitals from each other, etc. All these are technically segregation even if they don't have the usual negative connotation of the word "segregation" which we associate with unfair segregation like racial segregation.
I think some of the important factors that make a particular segregation, unfair, is that there's a lack of communication, lack of social mobility, it increases the divide it would supposedly accommodate and lack of real immediate readily identifiable reasons but instead something socially constructed over the years or based on personal taste.
Vaccination segregation, at most, uses clear plexy glass divides. It's not unnecessarily reducing communication. At least for those not immuno-compromised or with similar issues, you can generally get vaccinated. So not a strong lack of social mobility. If more people were able to stay separated for now, the reason for having separation would disappear faster. And there are real identifiable reasons.
I like how their defense of the joke is "I Identify as vaccinated..." like, oh! Don't worry! :) you don't have to Identify anymore! You can quite literally get one! Go ahead! It's what you dreamed to do!
Yep. I'm transvaxx. I was born unvaccinated and then transitioned by getting vaccines!
Exactly!!!! Count yourself lucky- vaccines are mostly free or incredibly low-cost and even recommended by the government! Getting the transition that’s right for you is super easy, you don’t have to jump through any of the hoops that trans people have to jump through. No gender therapy for years, no med exams, no shitty doctors, no getting murdered for who you are, you’re loving the dream! You can make your identity match your body with a 20 minute trip to the doctors office! Unlike many trans people who dream of getting surgery but can only transition socially while having to live in the wrong body, you can get in the correct body super fast and super easy!
Like wtf how do these people think??? Let me rephrase- do these people think????
"I identify as vaccinated because I feel I should be vaccinated"
Then... go... get vaccinated? Like mate, it is not as difficult as transitioning is, you can just go do that
right?! like the joke might make more sense if they were vaccinated then ‘wanted to identify as unvaccinated’ but even then.,,, just shows how unfunny the joke is :|

Like, I understand if you're a white straight cisgender male who never suffered from racism, xenophobia or homophobia, but being someone part of a minority who probably suffered this kind of things multiple times?? I just don't know how someone can have such a lack of empathy
Believe it or not, "minorities" can be privileged too and suffer from little to no oppression. It all depends on where you grew up. Not all minorities are oppressed, and that's a good thing. No one should be oppressed, and people should stop flaunting their own oppression as a way to one up people. We are all human, and should be treated as equals. The only way to be rid of racism is to end race as a concept itself.
I suspect that if you're oppressed it might feel good to feel superior to someone else.
