I like the idea that people think hormone blockers are permanent too. Like if a kid who’s 9 thinks they are trans and takes hormone blockers, and later when they are 11 realised actually I’m not and comes off hormone blockers. Puberty happens. It goes back to normal. No irreversible changes, but can really help kids who actually grow up to be trans with passing and transition ect.

The other teacher kept the girls in her room for a female puberty talk.

0-0 those kids won’t be biologically they’re kids. Unless they suck it up and freeze they’re biological stuff(sperm or egg) and use it later on for future kids.
Even then it would be had for a guys brain to function with a females reproductive system.
I think it’s a great step for the trans community! 😊 My only argument against this is the fact that trans women being able to have kids takes a lot more than sticking a uterus in their bodies. Some of which I’m not sure can be medically altered for the next century. I do hope we can pour more research into this 😉👍

When I was 11 my best friend told my they were a lesbian. I asked what that meant, and they explained it to me. Then made sure to tell me that they didn’t like me, I don’t really think it was necessary to tell me that. I mean at that time I couldn’t possibly think that someone might like me more than a friend, it seemed impossible, but that’s probably just because I hate myself. The thought of not liking a person for which gender they felt attracted to didn’t seem like it could be thought by anyone until one day I was playing with my sister and I made two of the dolls lesbians, because why not? And then got yelled at by my mom... she said that my sister was too young to know that, but she totally accepted people for being that way. When I was 12 almost 13 that same friend asked me if I felt like a girl, we were in science class and gender identity was brought up during the sexed unit. I thought about it and I didn’t, I always felt kind of out of place with that lable and honestly it made my stomach curl when someone called me a girl. So I said no, then they asked if I felt like a boy, I didn’t but that label felt better, one of my other friends had called me a boy once, and it honestly felt better than being called a girl, anyway I said no. There was one other kid in my school who was out of the closet as non-binary at the time, they told me I should talk to them. And so I did, and it really clicked, and it felt amazing to finally feel like I fit somewhere. Non-binary, that is my gender. Coming out to my family was a complete fail, I didn’t even come out to them, a teacher who I didn’t even tell myself emailed my mom. So both of my parents yelled at me in the basement for about an hour, and they obviously didn’t except me. To them this was just I phase I would out grow, when they finally started to realize it’s not a phase about a year later, I had wrote a letter and left it outside the door for my mom, I already knew there was no luck trying with my dad. Well I went to school and when I came home I was told that she would try just not then because she found out on that day that her sister died. She hasn’t tried yet, but a lot happened so I guess she just kinda forgot... my siblings on the other hand have tried, even though I was told not to tell them the day I “came out” because they are “too young”. My sister was the most accepting at first, but that kind of died out and she stop trying as hard, though she never tried in front of our parents. Well my oldest brother (I have two brothers, and they are both younger than me so ‘oldest’ it is) is now the most accepting. My other brother the youngest, is trying but he sounds very annoyed when he actually genders my correctly. It’s a start though! Remember that friend, yeah they came out as gender fluid a little while before a wrote that letter. WROTE, not given it to my mom, just wrote, I had it for about a month and a half. So I guess that’s my very confusing finding myself story. Now I am about a month away from being 14 and I’m trying to figure out what my sexuality is. Life is confusing, but that’s okay!

chromosomes have nothing to do with the production of a child. yes, chromosomes allow women to create natural sex hormones and have natural reproductive organs... however chromosomes don’t need to be altered to create a prosthetic reproduction system ran by injected hormones and other things to replicate the natural functions of a womb. man made wombs are already in production.. soon enough they’ll be available for insertion.
@InterstellarPenguin It's actually not as far-fetched as you think, a womb can be used for the development of the child, if you would fertilize the womb artificially, and the womb would be connected to the vital functions the same way as in biological woman, it is possible to carry the baby to term. Although, obviously, only caesarean section delivery would be possible in this case. It sounds like you have some other internal issues with 'trans people' because if this procedure is possible, of course we should be able to implement it for those who wish to have it done. There's no reason to deny it if it turns out that it's medically a reality.
Also, I think you need to read up on biology, because chromosomes have nothing to do with giving birth, your sex chromosomes are not at all fundamental to pregnancy.
