Eat only 2 chapati nd in lunch a bowl of rice with any type of dal nd include salad ... In dinner u can eat only boil egg or omelette with 1 or 2 chapati nd drink 2-3 litre water ) ... So u can lose 8 kg in month 😇... This is my personal experience

Lost 10 kgs in about 3 months. Regular Cardio and strength training. Ate everything that could be home cooked but that also in a calculated and measured way. Gave up on things like Chips, Maggi, etc. Lost Fat and built muscles. Win-win situation.
@@JJ10803 I was doing a mixture of cardio and strength training! In strength training(gym), i followed a bro split pattern which means focusing on Only one set of muscle per day. Monday>Chest Tuesday>Back Wed> Shoulders Thurs>Biceps and triceps Friday> Legs and sat>total cardio. Although saturday was completely dedicated to cardio but on the other days after the strength training session I would do a 20-30 min cardio session of an exercise that I like. I personally don't like running on tredmill that much so instead a 20-30 min walk @ 5km speed with incline of 12-15% on tredmill. And sometimes I would do rope skipping. Saturday was completely dedicated to cardio cycling, running, jump-rope. Other impt. thing to know what u are eating and its macro nutrients like proteins, carbs, calories. Also know your maintenance calorie which means how much calories you need to stay in your current weight. consume less calories than your Maintenance calories and prefer healthy and homemade! @@dhruvjain3316 If you can't go to gym or afford that, still no problem. Just maintain your diet and with the cardio exercises like running or skipping or any other thing of your choice. Add bodyweight exercises to it. Like squats, pull ups, pushups. Slowly you will develop strength and muscle with these too and then later check on UA-cam for different variations of these bodyweight exercises. Hope you get an idea.

Intermittent fasting is the healthiest way to lose fat and preserve muscle mass. I lost 40 kgs in 8 months while IF two meals a day. I am energetic like never before, my skin is shinning, i can feel my breath I can walk , run , lift heavy weights :) my waist was 53 now i am 36.. 126 kg to 80 kg , strength is improved i can lift heeavy weights like never before. the only thing I quit is sugar. other than that I consume all things , eggs , meat , dairy , butter , desi ghee , nuts , protein,roti etc.. no keto , no paleo , no carnivore , just time restricted eating. my colleagues and friends ask me the secret and when i tell them they assume that i am lying.

The only reason I found difficult to lose fat is no body never told me that strength training is important. I always thought that it is only for muscle building. Now that I know it, it is the first advice I give to others. It is the first step to become stronger.

He is saying exactly what my coach told me I paid her a lot of money to know all this and he is a good man giving free recipe , and I lost 4 kg in 2 months but getting strong body and more active
theres no point in losing weight , i was skinny fat with weight 64 kg and never did any exercise , in lockdown i did strict dieting and was doing regular morning walk for 1 hour daily. Results - i was still skinny fat with no muscle mass , and was looking much thin and weaker ( i was thin with fat ) . I realised if u have some extra weight on your body ( in my case it was like i had little bit fat on belly but no fat on chest and arms ) then dont try to go to an extreme diet and cardio . Then what to do ?? Start doing pushups at home , earlier i had no strength to do even 1 pushup , by time i build some strength to do 10 pushups and so on... Then i joined gym , started working on strength training with no cardio .( as i told my weight was only 64 kg with skinny fat issue and i was so confused that i need to lift weights or cardio? ) i decided to go with weight training and really struggled a lot to develop strength ( my diet was too bad ) one year passed i looked at myself and i was still skinny fat with little bit of muscle . Another year i stay focused and diet entered into my routine and little bit of results were coming . i still go to gym and am satisfied with the results. What i find is that to theres only one fix to skinny fat body - build muscle and more muscle , just dont ever think to loose your weight. loose fat my boi ❤️ and its never easy journey , i repeat its never easy journey ( as in my case if i consider my genetics , it was like impossible feeling for me ) still am gyming and way long to go to achieve that dream body . Completed 6 weeks of dieting this week, lost 10kgs. Worked out atleast 5 times a week, ate Protein rich meals nothing fancy (homecooked food just added Protein sources). Since I am on recomp, i am gaining back my muscle mass along with strength (adding 5kg-ish every session of particular lift)
@Khush Jain nothing fancy, just caloric deficit and going to gym atleast 5 days a week, normal legs,push,pull and shoulders training (legs and shoulders have separate days coz mine are weak so my body isn't able to recover if i club them together) just try to be active in general, go on 30-40 mins walk everyday with my friends. I lost 2 kg in one week with only homemade foods... We need to control our portion size nd eat mostly protein foods... Slowly cut down carbs (like if u eat 4 chapati in breakfast that is not good ... Eat only 2 chapati nd in lunch a bowl of rice with any type of dal nd include salad ... In dinner u can eat only boil egg or omelette with 1 or 2 chapati nd drink 2-3 litre water ) ... So u can lose 8 kg in month 😇... This is my personal experience

This man is talking sense.... first time i have seen someone talk like this in this topic .
theres no point in losing weight , i was skinny fat with weight 64 kg and never did any exercise , in lockdown i did strict dieting and was doing regular morning walk for 1 hour daily.
Results - i was still skinny fat with no muscle mass , and was looking much thin and weaker ( i was thin with fat ) .
I realised if u have some extra weight on your body ( in my case it was like i had little bit fat on belly but no fat on chest and arms ) then dont try to go to an extreme diet and cardio .
Then what to do ??
Start doing pushups at home , earlier i had no strength to do even 1 pushup , by time i build some strength to do 10 pushups and so on...
Then i joined gym , started working on strength training with no cardio .( as i told my weight was only 64 kg with skinny fat issue and i was so confused that i need to lift weights or cardio? )
i decided to go with weight training and really struggled a lot to develop strength ( my diet was too bad )
one year passed i looked at myself and i was still skinny fat with little bit of muscle .
Another year i stay focused and diet entered into my routine and little bit of results were coming .
i still go to gym and am satisfied with the results.
What i find is that to theres only one fix to skinny fat body - build muscle and more muscle , just dont ever think to loose your weight.

I have started my weight loss journey before 3 months I was 84 kg u won't believe me i have lost 2 kg in each week by running and cardio exercises and the worst part is i was very strict in my intake ..... I was really supered to get the instent results by running every day 5km without missing a single day till 3 month .... I drop my weight upto 68 kg .... Completed 6 weeks of dieting this week, lost 10kgs. Worked out atleast 5 times a week, ate Protein rich meals nothing fancy (homecooked food just added Protein sources). Since I am on recomp, i am gaining back my muscle mass along with strength (adding 5kg-ish every session of particular lift)

@Khush Jain nothing fancy, just caloric deficit and going to gym atleast 5 days a week, normal legs,push,pull and shoulders training (legs and shoulders have separate days coz mine are weak so my body isn't able to recover if i club them together) just try to be active in general, go on 30-40 mins walk everyday with my friends.
