fuck your mbbs course.spot reduction belly fat is possible.if you do crunches dedicatedly.i have seen many guys doing that and getting good results.but you have to do that daily for months.Just simple or some advanced crunches and you're good to go.

I learned that we don't lose fat from only one part of the body when I was in grade 8 and used to walk home from school. I noticed that we don't sweat much from some parts of the body and alot from other parts. My sister told me that fat burns from all parts of the body and not just one. Then I focus on compound exercises like dedlift, squats, legpress, push-ups and I got excellent result in just two months.

I have been doing intense workout from 4 weeks now. And still I cannot lose my belly fat completely. Belly fat is decreasing love handle is gone but some belly fat is still there. And I know that it will take 8-10 weeks more. And one more thing I have been doing intense workout (2 times a day)with controlled diet. Use common sense which is not so common. Im doing workout since 4months n i mean heavy intensive workout both cardio n wt lifting, along with low curb low fat diet except on sunday when i like to drink a sip, but since then i lost only 13kg, so this video is 100%accurate, fat losing is not an easy step nor ut can go away in days. I have been doing 1.5 hours of training - cardio and strength combined - for the past almost six months. Fat has reduced everywhere, but that soft belly fat is taking its sweet-ass time to go away. Maybe I should try this "instant" workout of getting the skin and the fat surgically taken out of me. And it's people like those described in the thumbnail that I got mistracked and lost track of my own health for all those past years. Now that I am getting back, I have made research a priority and have been instinctively trying to listen to the needs of my body.

Sir I request you to make a video on workouts for students, workout forms, number of sets to do, timing in gym, which workout to do, sequence of workouts. Because of heavy workouts taken by trainers in free sessions o was unable to do my studies for 2 weeks, was in pain and slept more than 10 hours and now when there is no trainer I am confused how to use machines in gym, how to do exercises and all. The gym workout plan has given me a schedule which takes more than a hour to finish. I request you to make a video only on those who have planned their life as student (being a scientist, researcher or teacher) and dedicated towards competitive exams but wants no belly fat to stay healthy and fit for lifetime untill death captures us. But the thing u said that any exercise we do will impact according to our body not the exercise e are doing on is not acceptable because I had gone through that experience. I'm not qualified to tell you this thing but I'm experienced that's why telling you. Example we do pushups, not gonna reduce fat on things only on chest, back, shoulder etc but definitely not on legs. Another example we do dumbls only gonna impact on biseps not on chest or belly or legs. So no completely agree with you. But many knowledge worthy things u told us Thanks for that pal.

Example we do pushups, not gonna reduce fat on things only on chest, back, shoulder etc but definitely not on legs.
