Once a month sounds kind of healthy to me and it's nothing to feel bad about. If you still want to avoid it, keep you phone out of reach in your bedroom (or at least as far as possible in your room) and go for a walk when the urge rises. Try to dig into your mind when your urge occurs and find out: why do you have this urge now? (stress relief, coping problems, loneliness, sleep "ritual", ...) It's hard to kill that habit entirely but if you are aware of your feelings and thoughts, it's the right way out of this.
Sounds like that’s when you experience withdrawal symptoms like low mood, anxiety etc hence you break the process because it is too uncomfortable and you fall back on porn? Perhaps be more prepared when the time comes (at least you can predict when you most likely will break) , and deliberately do something different to overcome the withdrawal symptoms. E.g., feeling low mood -- watch a movie or go out for a long walk etc. if I understand correctly these withdrawal symptoms are temporary [though very uncomfortable), once you pass that you will be able to continue your journey for longer (e.g from 30 days to 40 days to 50, 60 etc)😊

Thank you anyway.
@@jackstauber. I think you should set realistic goals. Otherwise you became disappointed about yourself and fall back into old habits. Start small.
If you are able to resist 4 week's regularly, that's great! If you want more: try 5 weeks next and so on.
Like in the video said: it's a hard way to rewire your brain but if you are patient enough with yourself (and your brain) you can do it 🍀
