Saying that you can watch it but not these sites. And then not these categories. Or not this type. These things add up quickly. It worked for me. Recently, I’m down to only doing it once a day from around 3-4. I don’t watch regular porn anymore. I’m down to hentai and VR Porn. My goal is cut off hentai next. At that point, once a day with VR Porn is amazingly better than the pathetic porn addiction I had before. Regardless, Good luck in your journey.

Where I’m going with this is set the goal to 1 day longer. You completed a month, so try again and make it a month +1 extra day, and increase +1 additional day after every failure.

The number of divorcee men I know saddled with debt and alimony and child support payments all agree they'd have been better off just watching porn instead of ever pursuing the women they married. Logic being it’s better than the voyeur aspect of regular porn. If that succeeds, I’ll be able to finally cut it off for good since that is my next goal
