I'm almost sure that it was produced by NDR3 Radio, they played it just before Camouflage was created, Marcus Meyn sang (you can also clearly hear that it's his old voice). The rights stayed with the NDR and so it happened that this song was never in the camouflage playlist. Marcus or the band members at that time should be able to confirm that if you asked them.
