Thanks Jen, I love your yoga workouts. I did yoga for 7 years and then had a break of only 3 months. I do a lot of weights and HITT workouts. My shoulders have been a mess since stopping yoga. Hi Jen. I've done this routine a few times now and I love the deep stretches -especially the modified side plank. Today I've managed to get into the yogi squat with heels down for the 1st time - so I'm definitely seeing the benefit of increased flexibility in my hips. Love it! Thank you so much X

Love your yoga routines! This one is really working for my tight hips! Couldn't keep my heels planted for the squat move the first time, but the second time was able to do it! Great sequence for the hips - sure beats going to PT :)

Hi Jen, thank you for another awesome video. Quick question, I didn't have any problems with squatting position, and I felt only some minor stretch, but reclining pigeon and modified side plank hit big all the right places especially outer butt and thigh, is it normal ?
This was really nice, the perfect amount of stretching for my body. I stand all day at work and I have one hip that has started to ache. I wake up with the ache, and it has been getting worse, but this alleviated it. I might do this routine daily for a week or so. Also, love those leggings.
