Hip Opener - Deep Stretches for Hip and Low Back Pain & Tension Relief || 30 minutes

- This hip opening yoga flow is actually a full body stretch sequence, BUT, we will be focusing on the hips, and directly related, our lower backs! People often search for yoga when experiencing back pain or tension, and this can include lower back pain. What some may not realize is how closely related our hips and low back health areas are. Yoga is a great exercise routine to incorporate with a hike, cardio session, or strength training, but this in-particular yoga class, although it may be gentle enough for beginners, can also be used as a stand alone workout routine! This deep hip stretch session, at over 30 minutes is a full yoga class that can also bring up emotions and help purify our bodies and our minds. the pace of this video was slower than i expected but it was just what i needed! i've never been able to do such a deep forward fold. would love to have one like this for shoulders and upper body.
