A perfect, highly qualified instructor! the set isn't yhat easy, but quite affotdable for everyone. The effect was surprising! Ifelt more flexible in all the body, not just hips and my body was so grateful that asked for another workout... And in the early morning i felt like that autumn sleepy fly....

i love your videos. I have 2 slightly bulging disk in my lower back along with Bursitis. I have been following your videos and doing them daily for the past 6 months. The pain and tension has subsided quit a bit. I decided to do yoga verses paying a lot of money for physical therapy. It fits right into my busy schedule.

Wow. I had no idea how out of physical shape I'm in. I alway's wanted to try yoga but my hip's are not as flexible as they use to be since I am 67 and a retired floor nurse. I use to be very active but not anymore! I did this video and really enjoyed it because I'm alone at home and fear going to the gym and because I'm so stiff. I'm going to do this everyday to build up my endurance and flexibility then attempt a yoga class at my gym. I have bilateral trochanter hip pain and bilateral shoulder arthritis. This is what can happen after many years of walking and standing as a floor nurse. Hopefully this will help and I will not have to go to an ortho.
I'm open to any suggestion's. Peace and love to all.

Every time I'm about to do Yoga, I look at the time stamp and be like... wow half an hour? Okay lets go, but when I'm done, it feels like time flew by!

This is the second week now, have done it 4 or 5 times so far and certainly there is a difference in flexibility.
Also some of the morning stiffness in the back has diminished.
I never realized how tight my hips were. Will doing this regularly eventually completely open my hips where they need to be?
Wow my back felt really good i had right hip surgery any recommendation or suggestions for my 1st day ?? My right hip is longer than the other my doctor recommed me to do streches for the hips.

I practice bodybuilding and powerlifting recreationally and have been suffering from back pain for awhile (few years). I've consulted all kinds of specialists, which helped a bit but did not amount to much on the end. I've been practicing Jen Hilman's yoga sequences from time to time, and I'm finally sensing improvement in back and hip areas. I hope I'm not speaking too hastily, but I'll keep practicing and see where it leads. Thank you for the videos!

This is quite literally the best informative and beginner friendly yoga video I’ve ever seen. I really enjoy how she so often reassures and speaks to those with limited flexibility or inability for whatever reason to “complete” a move as some might think - the gentle reminder that it’s not about aesthetics but what the individual can feel and breathe through was magnificent.

interesting points ,if anyone else wants to discover stiff hips and lower back try Nevolly Hip Relief Nerd (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my partner got great results with it.

thank you for using 'regular' language. I've looked at other yoga videos on UA-cam & have been put off by some of them because of how they talk about what they're doing. some of it doesn't make sense to a newbie & some of it is just grating.

Ok! This is my problem; when sitting in " yoga-pose" ( this probably is not the right expression anyway...😆) with my feets crossed and mye hands on ny knees, my feets get numb and I get this tingeling sensation. Then I just have to sit with my legs straight forward for a while.... This is quite annoying! What can I do about it??????
