I started learning yoga in a very reputed center, even there they don't teach with such detail. I was unable to cross my legs properly forget about doing lotus pose but after trying these movements for a week, today I could do lotus pose for a few seconds it was very painful to stay in the pose more than few secs but I never thought it would be possible for me to do it so soon. I feel great and will continue the practice regularly..thank you Sir Ji 🙏

Prashantji you deserve many thanks for telling the real way to get to hip flexibility.Normaly people only talk about exercises/asana after the flexibility has been achieved. you have disclosed the real secret of getting there.

For someone with tight hips like me - even child's pose/shashank-asana is a torture for me - these hip (and spine) stretching asanas are a boon! You avoid damage, because the complete lotus training, if not well done, well explained, can seriously damage the knees.... especially. Your explanations are excelent and avoid these damages.
