    I found your channel while searching for what to bring to work. As a first responder, I have no time to really sit down and cook and when I'm at work, it's whatever I can find in the vending machines. EXPENSIVE & UNHEALTHY.     I love that all these recipes have normal ingredients that you would have on hand and you don’t have to go out and buy a bunch of stuff that you won’t use again. I have tried and tried but I am just not a fan of cucumber. Any suggestions for something comparable to substitute?

    Love the recipes. How do you reheat these- microwave? Or just plan on eating them all cold? Doesnt microwaving change the molecular structure of the food lessening the nutritional value?

    I like the idea of the avocado egg salad. I love guacamole, so I think it would be perfect for me. Personally, I would add some tuna to it to add more protein.
