      @@KaylaJChandler so far I've tried the maple blueberry turkey sausage YUM! and your taco seasoning with shrimp and the chipotle lime dressing! Delicious!
      Oh... and the cauliflower, butternut squash soup 🍲 all full of flavor and my body is thanking me! And I thank YOU!

    Any reason why avocado is in every meal? Is that a prerequisite for paleo/keto? Can’t stand the stuff.

    Hi Kayla, thank you for the delicious ideas! How do you heat up the dishes with the hot and cold/fresh items? Do you remove the salmon patty and chicken and heat those up on a separate plate? Thank you!

      If I'm at home, then yes I'll remove the proteins and heat them up in a skillet on the stovetop. For something like the stuffed bell peppers, I'll add them to the oven for a few minutes. If I'm not at home, I'll take my portable oven bag with me and heat everything in that & just pack the avocado in a separate smaller container... just make sure your food is in a glass container, not plastic when re-heating.     Hi Kayla, I prepped these meals, snacks and the dinner. It turned out great, but I have now found I have a tree nut allergy. I had not eaten so many nut products in the past. Do you have nut substitute recommendations.

      Can you tolerate seeds? If so, you can swap out the nuts for any type of seed (i.e. pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia or flax seeds, hemp seeds, etc.)

    Can you really make all of those and have them last from Sunday night to use Monday through Friday? I would think the foods would get soggy. Maybe make them and assemble later...??

      The only thing that gets soggy if I assemble at the beginning of the week is usually the spinach, so I've gotten to the point where I'll add the spinach the morning of. But, of course, feel free to assemble all of it the morning of and just store each recipe/food in separate containers until the morning of :)

    Lovely Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you thought about - Dinanlinson Perfection Guide Approach (do a search on google)? It is a great one off product for discovering a collection of tasty paleo recipes minus the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my best friend Jordan at last got astronomical results with it.
